Pros +
- The room was excellent, the breakfast buffet was great and the staff are very helpful
- Close to airport The staff especially the director went out of his way to help us park our car. He accompanied us to the parking lot. We are from Miami, Florida and are used to parking being more spacious. If it was not for his assistance we would have never been able to park our car. They also contacted us when we inadvertently left the lights on in the parking lot. They also upgraded our room to our suite. We cannot say enough about the level of exceptional service we received. We visited 12 cities in Northern Spain and this was our number one choice.
- Location was excellent, right on a wonderful park full of peacocks and roses and convenient to shopping areas and sites including Casa Cervantes. Staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast buffet was abundant, tasty, and offered good variety. Room service was also quick and offered just what I needed.
Cons -
- The parkung is not in the same building, need to walk 5 minutes
- Too far fromHave no bad feedback it was all exceptional
- The parking situation across the plaza is a bit complicated. The lights in the hallways are on motion sensors, which I personally find creepy but it didn't ruin my good time.

Everything was great! Our room was very comfortable and very clean. The staff were very kind and professional. The breakfast was delicious. The location was perfect for us, close to the train station and no more than 20 minutes walk away from everything in the center of town. We were there for two nights and it was a perfect stay.
Clean rooms, spacious. Bathroom too. Breakfast was standard/basic. Staff attitude was the best you could've imagined. Mr. Oscar and Mr. Carlos were ready to walk extra mile to make our stay enjoyable and pleasant. Dinners were just magic. In terms of service and food quality. If you are looking for a good dinner, then have it at the hotel. You will not be disappointed. Lamb, pork and croquettes were awesome. good wine choice. Reasonably priced too. Location is great, about 200 m from the train station.
I think having a coffee maker in each room might add more than just a convenience.
Amazing hotel and facilities. Perfect location, excellent rooms and very clean. Staff were so friendly and kind and always willing to help. The hotel Manager was wonderful to us all and presented us with chocolates as we left. We had the best time visiting our family in Spain in such a beautiful hotel. We will definitely be staying here again!
Staff was super-friendly, responsive and efficient in all aspects of the hotel. Breakfast was good and varied, with the added benefit of proper fruit juices - not always a given.
Close to city centre. Parking nearby.
Bathroom separated from bedroom by transparent glass wall. Leaves no privacy!. Poor hanging options for clothes.
Customer service was amazing! Professional, attentive and efficient. 10 out of 10.The room we stayed was clean, ample, perfectly maintained and peaceful. Comfortable bed, we had very good sleep. The location is close to the city centre, in front of Campo Grande beautiful park. Excellent parking facility at very reasonable price.Great experience, 100% recommended.Thank you!
Moderno, hab. espaciosa, limpio, check in/out rápido, personal amable
A very warm welcome on our arrival from a very helpful receptionist named Iris and a lovely room. Easy parking nearby. Great location
Felt the breakfast was a bit sparse and finished too early.
Staff is extraordinarily kind and helpful
Our room was well-designed, but we found it rather small for a hotel in its category
Bed was very comfyThe place was nice and quiet.
The bathroom.... Nobody likes a glass bathroom, nobody needs to see you in the toilet. And the door doesn't even closed so everything is open... Very uncomfortable when you are not travelling alone
Excellent hotel, extremely wide and well equipped room (more a suite, with a "living room" area and a kitchenette, besides the large bed and bathroom), and very quiet. Good location close to the main city's park.
Nothing really, but if I would be peaky I would say that to my taste the pillows were a bit too hard and high.
Central, good menu, friendly staff
had a great stay. location near the city center, many restaurants around, general train station. the room clean and confrontable, breakfast was excellent.
Location was good. It was recently redecorated. Clean and brand new deco, with cheap look furniture.Huge toilet and big shower, with large glass doors that could be dangerous, but it looks cool.
No wardrobe, but a rail. Huge shower room sacrificed space for a wardrobe.Smell of bleach in sheets, fridge with spirits bottles inside. Price was too high. However it was very clean.
Everything! Wonderful location near restaurants. Wonderful staff and the most comfortable and quiet sleep environment of any hotel I’ve stayed at.
I wish it had a cafe within, but it is s boutique hotel and additional offerings are expensive.
The location was fantastic. Close to the train station and city center. All amenities are within reasonable walking distance.
The bed is extremely firm and uncomfortable and the thermostat is confusing to use. The restaurant is aware of allergies but my partner got sick from possible gluten. cross contamination.
The staff were lovely and the room comfortable.
no kettle in the room and a weirdly light bed cover - which seems to be a Spanish thing.
