Hotel Zentral Parque

WiFi is super bad. I could not work as I expected. In the location I did not feel safe.

Spacious beds and rooms, clean environment, a bar in floor 0, renovated bathrooms. Less densely populated area, center is accessible via brisk walk.

The sewage like odor from bathroom during some of the days.

Needed a clean, decent price hotel next to the bus station due to late arrival. Beautiful hotel and safe short walk about 2 minutes from bus station. Peace of mind.

location, cleaning, staff

Perfect location, food exceptional, staff were professional and very accommodating, I only have one thing that would have made MY comfort score a 10, the bed for me was a little too firm..but my husband loved it and found it the best sleep he has had at a hotel, no noise from anywhere and a gorgeous view from our terrace.

Everything just a bit 'tired', but still charging as if it wasn't.

Cute decor, loved the colors and the reception area well done for a small space! Very comfy bed. WONDERFUL staff. Excellent dinner recommendation. Happy to have a tub.

My view was terrible - the junky back of neighboring buildings. The tub was nice to have but it was small.

Comfortable bed. Good desk in the room. Staff in both the breakfast room and the reception are joyful.

Hair from other person on the shower hose. Having to ask for new toilet paper. Only bedlong pillows (no smaller ones).

My room and bathroom were large and comfortable.

The immediate surroundings are not attractive.

Excellent staff; clean room; very large room; great location.

A/C was off, but the weather turned cool, so problem solved; shower water flow temperature was difficult to regulate (hot,very hot, cold, very hot, very cold…,); street noise was bad.

Dry friendly welcome at reception and very helpful regarding advice on sightseeing.

Location and friendly staff

I booked 2 rooms, 1 for 2 pp, 1 for 1pp but they only had 2 rooms for 1 pp ea. not very comfortable, but they were sold out so we had to manage.

-The staff was very nice, professional and super helpful.-The room was clean and very spacious.-The location is perfect, 10min walking from the center, 5min from the train station, 2-3min to the bus station. Also, there is a cinema just next to the hotel (which was great because we came during the Film Festival).-they have a nice little cafeteria

*The room was too cold*The place is a bit old, and some little details (ex. the main revolving door you need to push to enter) should be renovated/updated*In general, considering the price and the fact it's a 3-stars hotel and the price we would expect more (for ex. there was no kettle, coffee, tea in the room, which nowadays is a standard, even in double rooms in hostels). The hotel itself was good, and its staff was great, it's just that it was a bit expensive for what it was.

I loved absolutely everything. From the receptionist to the bar. I felt noticed and well taken care of. Really recommend the hotel. Hope to come back!

The only thing I would change would be the breakfast - every day was exactly the same. And more veggies please :)

I stayed 2 nights. Nice and clean. Small bar served till late. Near the Train station.

Poor breakfast, but we found very nice place close to hotel.

Very clean room with good sound proofing, helpfull staff even in other languages, excelent food quality at the resturant and good laundry service.

Bar is only for people who can speek spanish, and it can get quite loud.

No bellman

Ideal location. Large room, well equipped and clean. Shower and bath.

Very few staff spoke any English. I tried my burgeoning spanish, but felt that they weren't bothered to help.Also, air conditioning was poor. The temperatures outside was 36 and the inside felt like high 20s.
