    • We've being staying at the Nexus for 3 years now. It's an excellent place to stay, large rooms and very clean. The staff, Maria Alfonso and the rest of the team are excellent. Definitely recommend this hotel.
    • booked late for emergency reasons. Staff got us parking and in rooms - was very helpful

    Cons -

    • The pillow options need a lot of improvement
    • parking a little hard to manuver
    • Mixed feelings about reception staff. They are not rude, but sometimes we didn't felt as home...The room is well equiped, but if you go with a baby maybe you'll have some challenges to bring everything from the car to the property (they are very closed with the cable car on the street, so you need to park far.

The property is very near with the center, sometimes is good (for walking around), sometimes not (to park the car and bring your belongings to the hotel). The kitchenet was ok and the room was cleaned. In general we recommend.

The room was very comfortable . But there was no coffee .

The kitchen was good but they should provide coffee .

Room was comfortable and the hotel is in a brilliant location.

The kitchenette in the suite wasn’t well supplied - no corkscrew or wine glasses in a hotel which promotes its vineyard and sells wine in reception. Only two of each item (fork, knife, spoon, plate etc) but a dishwasher…. Which will never to be filled. No dishcloth or tea towel for the first day of our stay. I expected more from the suite especially for the price.

Lovely big room and comfortable bed. Powerful shower. Beautiful location and views.

First impressions count and during our check in the receptionist answered a lengthy telephone call with no apology. The room was Spacious but the beds were located in a space leaving little room around the bed. The wardrobe had drawers in one side and hanging space in the other. Two of the 3 drawers wouldn’t open and the hanging space side couldn’t be opened due to the bed side cabinet being placed in front of it. I expect the answer to this review to be why didn’t we report these niggles, but in my expectation, all this should have been checked and fixed before we arrived.

Room and facilities are excellent, very easy to use car parking and the hotel is in a great location - perfect for restaurants and bars. We found the staff very friendly and will definitely be back!

Location and the room was an extended stay, more spacious than the usual European rooms.

    1. TV was an old one, not smart tv with few channels. 2. Even though we had a kitchen; There wereNo complementary coffee or tea ; water to buy. 3. NO bathroom toiletries.

The hotel is in a great location to see the places of interest in Valladolid. The room was very nice, spacious and clean. I missed a couple of things, for example, there was no body lotion in the bathroom and for a 4 stars hotel it would be nice to have a complimentary bottle of water. Other than that, I was very pleased with my stay.

Great location right in the centre

Just a little bit jaded. TV / remote not easy to operate ie couldn’t change language.

    9DavePosted on: 2-21-2025

Gentleman on reception warm and friendly - very helpful.

On site parking not for the faint hearted. The parking layout design with columns a nightmare. When we were there it wasnt full so with lots of manouvres and parking sensors I managed - you drive into an elevator to basement?

Perfect location, excellent staff, good, spacious room.

    everything was good.

    7AnaPosted on: 1-3-2025

Amazing location. Very friendly staff. However, we are a couple with a toddler. The beds are not appropriate for a couple as they joined 2 single beds which meant having a gap as the beds were moving in the middle of the night. Sadly, breakfast was really bad. Not enough options even for a cold breakfast. Only 2 types of bread which were clearly old. Nice place but most definitely not a 4 star hotel it has the potential for being one.

Good location. Walking distance to main city attractions.

Small lobby and few hotel personnel.

    9RoxyPosted on: 10-27-2024

We booked a junior suite which was extremely spacious and very well equipped. There was a kitchenette which was handy. The 2 balconies overlooked an ancient church with a more distant view of the cathedral. There was plenty to do in the immediate vicinity and it was only a five minute walk to the town centre. Parking on site was fine and the staff excellent. It was not super cheap but was well worth the money.

    It was a bit soulless.

    9HoşafcıPosted on: 10-9-2024

Excellent location, very close to the center of Valladolid. Staff was kind enough to suggest places to visit around the city. Although it was festival season, rooms were exceptionally quiet and comfortable to sleep in.

There were not a lot of options in breakfast, at least there could have been some eggs at least. Also the hotel is not suitable for smokers, it is not allowed to smoke in hotel grounds (not necessarily a bad thing).

    6OrlaPosted on: 10-9-2024

Its location and secure underground car parking

I thought that it could be a little cleaner. There was a strange smell in the room as if it hadn’t been aired for a while. The kitchen was poorly stocked. No washing tablet for the dishwasher, no cloth to dry cutlery etc.

    7CarolePosted on: 10-4-2024

Location was excellent and the room was very spacious and comfortable - so many plugs and lights! We liked having a separate sitting area. On site parking and access to it was fine. All the staff we met were very pleasant and helpful.

We have found this review very difficult to write. Some aspects of the hotel were excellent but it was sold as an apartment and it just wasn't. The kitchen is described by the hotel as fully furnished with kitchenware included. It was furnished well but there were no instructions and no, for example, dishwasher tablets. Only a basic quantity of cutlery and plates were provided. There was nothing to wash up or dry with, no kettle, and hardly any kitchen tools. The cost of sorting all this out would be minimal and it is clear that no action to rectify this has been taken following similar comments by previous guests. This is a real pity as this has stopped us marking the hotel as exceptional.Breakfast was a real disappointment. This was the most meagre that we encountered out of the 6 hotels we stayed in during our 3 week visit to Spain. Very little choice and the breakfast counter was cramped - it only accommodated 2 people at a time.

Location very good. In house parking very good.

Could have been more kitchen cutlery e.g. sharp knife scissors.
