The air conditioning / didn't work. Room was hotter than heck!!

Excellent location, private underground parking, supper friendly staff, comfy beds. Breakfast availability. Excellent value for money.

A kettle in the room would be a great option. The continental breakfast is very simple. The entrance to the bathroom is not very convenient with the basin in the way.

Nice, very well located, well kept hotel with parking available.

Overall was very clean and well kept, but surprisingly there were many mold spots between tiles in the shower walls.

The hotel is located in the center of town, and has an easily accessible parking garage just adjacent.

The rooms and hallways of the hotel are a little dated and run down, but still passable. The outside looks much nicer than the inside.

The staff was ok.

Oh Lord, where do I start? Extremely noisy to the point were you feel more tired of staying than when you first got to the hotel. They move chairs, tables, more chairs and more tables, armoires, and WHAT not, during the time that customers are supposed to get some rest. Then to top it off, there were customers shouting and screaming, which is ok, the problem is that the hotel should have called the police or something, so the other customer wouldn’t have to suffer. Then the constant nagging to clean. Sorry but I don’t think that’s right. I don’t feel safe leaving someone at the room that I paid for not to be bothered. If I put at the door, DO NOT DISTURB, it means exactly that, do not disturb. The AC situation… are you ready for this? Never, in my life of traveling, I had to call anyyyy front desk to “activate” the AC. But wait, there is more. The AC is no longer active because according to them, the weather changed, and they can only activate the heater… that week the temperature was 26-30 degrees centigrade or 78.8 degrees Fahrenheit. BUT this is beside the point!! Each room should have control of their AC and/or heater.

Location was great, driving into find parking is a bit of a mystery so plan ahead as the downtown area is pedestrianized which I appreciate but with a car took a few loops to work out how to get there. Front desk was helpful. Parking was tight but secure. Food was fine in the morning for the price.

Breakfast was very good in a pleasant setting with very helpful staff. The location was excellent and the desk staff were very helpful as well.

We were on the fourth floor which I think is the attic. It was pretty hot up there.

The location,cleanliness, decoration of the room, amenities in the room and was comfortable.

The elevator didn’t work and we need to go 3 floors up by escalators with the luggage.

A/C is a bit weak and bar closes super early.

Great location, extremely friendly staff and a good value. I wish we’d had more time to discover Valladolid. Maybe next year. Whenever we get back, we’ll definitely stay at Hotel Mozart!

Lovely clean hotel, not from from the centre.Though negotiated through the tourist zone it did have a cheap underground caroark.Simple continental breakfast.

Great location, helpful staff, comfortable and clean room. The hotel is within walking distance to all the main sights as well as the train and bus stations. The staff is really helpful even if the level of English could be better. The room was really comfortable and clean.

Two things - noise and breakfast. The walls seem to be made from cardboard as all the noises from the neighboring rooms can be heard which is quite unpleasant if you are trying to sleep. The breakfast is insufficient and lacking options - you only get coffee, orange juice, and a choice between a single toast with butter, a croissant with butter, or a piece of Spanish omelette. I had to go and look for an additional breakfast.

Great location. Beautiful hotel and very clean. Excellent communication before arrival. Breakfast was a good value.
