Breakfast was exceptional!! The best quality and very healthy. I also had an amazing massage from Giuseppe. He was very thorough, I can tell he understands the body and muscle structures. Antonio at the reception was lovely aswell. Greeting us each time we passed! You can feel the nod to culture and quality throughout the property.

Only that we didn’t stay longer :)

Outside area,trees and cactuses we liked,also we liked apoartment type accomadation.

We did not liked the decoration of the inside area. Too much details and too many details.Michelene restourant was not our type.

Great place with topp staff!

The taverna is very noisy and chairs are very uncomfy, table to high! The food is ok, not excellent. Very nice staff.

The Borgo is a magical place. We arrived in the evening and everything was lit, with a zillion candles and soft lighting. Warm and inviting. Gorgeous but not stuffy. Very welcoming staff everywhere.

very slight improvement in the temperature control in the room, at night, as we like to sleep cooler.

Clean room and peaceful property

Entrance was floating bcs of the rain. It was hard to reach with google maps bcs the maps shows another entrance which is not open. Big property and you can easily lost your way especially at night. Need to have more signs to fond your room

Hard to describe the beauty and expanse of the property. Beautifully maintained. The staff were 100% so genuine and helpful. The breakfast was amazing…period! The best I’ve experienced.

I’ve struggled to be critical of this amazing property. That said, the pricing in the restaurants need to be reconsidered. 25 euro for a basic pizza, 30 euro for a club sandwich. Come on. It made us think we were in an airport! Someone should really think how this degrades your brand and reputation.

Nothing all perfect

Beautiful property, the villa was so cozy, comfortable and clean.

Calm serene setting and theme.

The property is absolutely stunning. Like nothing I have ever seen. The staff were brilliant, facilities excellent, rooms very comfortable, good food (plenty of choice).

Some days there were children at the adult pools.

Room was clean and tidy, restaurants were fantastic, staff lovely, good room service, pools and staff were excellent, housekeeping very good, great choice of bars and restaurants, staff were very accommodating

There are no tea/coffee making facilities in room, overly expensive tax/shuttle service with no flexibility,

Incredible facilities--pool, restaurants, bars, etc. Staff all amazing and super friendly. Great to have segregated adult and child areas.

Need to have better cooling in guest rooms. Staff should not be allowed to adjust thermostat during room cleaning. Thermostat should have capability to be set at guest preference (no restrictions).

Everything the whole experience is magical and the staff are exceptional with so many personal touches from Mitchel who looked after all our needs and questions, Rosa in the la frasca restaurant who couldn't do enough for us amd always so happy and friendly. Giuseppe who took.the time from.his very busy schedule to listen to our history with Borgo we have been 8 times and got married there and he was touched with our story and love for the place going out his way ro come and see us when he could making is feel special and valued. All these personal touches make this place so unique along with the draw dropping buildings esp the grand entrance and exceptional food, we ate in every restaurant and every meal.was delicious.

Nice location, comfortable rooms, good breakfast in a nice setting. We had dinner at La Calce and lunch at Cala Masciola and they were both pleasant.

The dinner at Due Camini was deplorable and spoiled our stay at Borgo Egnazia. They managed to fail all courses, from amuse bouche to desert. It was a painful experience and I strongly recommend avoiding this restaurant.

The hotel staff,rooms,breakfast,location,swimming pools,spa….Very comfortable hotel,we want to come back again!

Need more restaurants

Staff , design , pool areas , luxury and authenticity

We liked the architecture, the interior decor, the real candles lit every day. The food was very good too and the staff was helpful. We loved also the bartenders and their recommendations. We wish we could have stayed for a longer time.

The place is so big that it could have been of help to receive a small guided tour of all the different spaces. It would be also helpful to put a sign for the entrance and exit doors, for instance it was very tricky to find the door entrance for the gym.

The breakfast was incredible and a wonderful bonus to our stay. The property was beautiful. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful to help accomodate all of our needs and requests.

Amazing place, very good rooms, FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE AT 1 Michelin star restaurant, the chef is absolutely fantastic.

Maybe the SPA is too small for many guests, could be better, with more kind of sauna..The cigar room is very good but you need an aspirator inside to use it :-).
