Masseria San Francesco

We loved the overall feel of the property, beautiful landscaping, relaxing spa design, warm restaurant vibe and generously large and comfortable accommodations. We appreciated the fact that they changed their lunch/dinner menu everyday, allowing us to sample different types of food from the region. The villas were very well appointed, with the traditional charm of masseria living with modern amenities; the view of the sea from our garden was a beautiful bonus. Cannot wait to go back during summer for a different luxury experience.

I would have preferred for the gym to have been indoors with better equipment so we could have used it in the winter time. Having the gym outdoor limited its use to the warmer months.

Very nice and comfortable Masseria - excellent breakfast good coffee and changing Dinner - we were staying 5 days unfortunately the weather was not so good to make use of most of the nice outside facilities but very nice setting The team has been very nice and supportive organized a Olive Oil Tasting etc.

Beautiful masseria and grounds, sea view

We had an excellent experience. Outstanding place. Beautiful grounds. Very close driving distance to Fasano, and all the surrounding areas. Staff was kind, professional and warm. Can’t wait to go back!

Excellent location, very close to main sightseeings. Amazing place in the middle of olive trees, rooms were superb, very friendly staff, they recommended us places to go, restaurants to eat and they booked for us an olive oil tour and tasting at a nearby masseria, a superb experience.Overall a fantastic experience, we were highly impressed by the good quality of services and attention to details.

Maybe only one disadvantage that the spa area is a bit further away and only accessible by appointment.

Beds and pillows could be a bit softer. Reception staff quite gruff and curt.

We absolutely loved staying at Masseria San Francesco. We are already looking forward to our next visit to Puglia and staying at Masseria San Francesco again! Everyone who worked there was so incredibly friendly and helpful, and even the other guests were a pleasure to chat with. The property is beautiful, and the rooms are spacious with everything you want and need. The restaurant and common areas were wonderful for working and relaxing. I cannot recommend Masseria San Francesco enough!

We loved the room and the staff were great

The property is very well located, close to the beach and main towns, despite the fact that it was not very clearly indicated from the main road. We loved that there was a possibility to book an independent apartment for two couples within the property, as that allowed us to prepare some lunch or aperitivo without leaving our holiday home. The kitchen was very well equiped with fridge, oven, plates and other necessities. Overal the space was beautiful and very relaxing.

The room service in the morning was very invasive almost on all days of our stay. The cleaning ladies were clearly in the rush and they would come in around 9 am when we were still in the shower or bed, before having left for breakfast. Over time we found it rather annoying and tense...There was no complimentary water in our room - something to expect from a property of this level. The breakfast selection was rather modest for Apuglian masseria standards.

The property was exceptional in every way. The room was beautiful and very spacious, clean and comfortable.The grounds were stunning and the pool area was perfect for swimming and relaxing. The staff were friendly and helpful.

A little bit too much of an AD picture kind of place. And there was no water when we arrived. Not in the reception hall. Not in the room. It would have made a difference

Beautiful hotel, breakfast was amazing

We read the food was amazing and we wanted to eat there. But when we arrived on sunday, they told us they didnt serve an evening meal on a sunday which very frustrating and annoying this hadnt been previously communicated. Its very remote so it wasnt as straightforward as going next door for some food.

We had an amazing stay! The property and rooms are spacious and gorgeous. Staff were all amazing. We loved the breakfast buffet. The WiFi was great in the evenings for the work I needed to do as well!

My sister and I stayed here for 3 days not knowing that the G7 summit had just taken place right in that area - So besides the restaurant closure on Sunday and the power outage on Monday, the staff made our stay very comfortable despite the situation. Breakfast was great, the rooms were very spacious and comfortable!

Everything was wonderful.The property grounds, the accommodation and breakfast.The only negative was that the restaurant closed one day a week and it was the two stays we were there.The staff were excellent

Well kept, with taste of luxury. Since it was our anniversary, we were offered 30 mins free massages.

Since we arrived early, we had to wait for about 30 mins, which was ok. A receptionist told us to wait by the pool and that she would call us when room is ready. Two hours later no one came to look for us. Not even a glass of water was offered or any info on WiFi or infrastructure. Vases with artificial flowers :( besides all the abundance of real ones around. Breakfast was just ok, with nothing specific standing out. More attention needs to be paid to the quality of the food. In the morning no one came to ask us if we wanted coffee, had to go look for someone at the bar.
