Park Hotel Sant'Elia

The hotel offers a comfortable stay. There are lots of space inside and outside for relaxing. The pool is well maintained and a joy for swimmers. The restaurant offers delicious local puglian dishes. The restaurant staff was friendly and helpful.

breakfest is horrible experience for us. staff is grumpie and it was crowded in the room. lack of choice, mostly sweets.

We travelled here as a group of about 20 people altogether and the hotel reception staff and check in team were incredibly accommodating, patient and kind! Rooms as advertised.

Our second bed was a portable bed which was a little uncomfortable but not a major problem. Difficult to fit 3 suitcases in a room of this size. Bathroom was big but shower was quite small for the men. Resturant staff were a little bit impatient with us at breakfast as we didn’t speak a lot of Italian and came in large groups but they still accommodated us despite this.

Location was amazing and the pools were great. The staff were exceptionally helpful. The standard of cleanliness was high.The food provided in the restaurant for dinner and breakfast was beyond our expectations and we had a most enjoyable stay.

The location is perfect to go to the zoo safari and fasanolandia by walk. Which is the reason we chose this amazing hotel. But it is a bit far from centro Di fasano so you need a car. It's around 45 minutes by car from Bari airport.The staff are amazing and helpful. The restaurant has a very good a la carte menu.

The hotel is really nice there is not much to say that we didn't like. Maybe breakfast should be improved and the ac needs to be a bit better.

The staff at reception were very helpful, allowed us to check-in early and gave us numbers for local taxi drivers.

The breakfast was basic and the male barista at breakfast was rude.

I thought the breakfast could have been a little more varied, pretty basic

My room was a great size and was cleaned every day. It would have been preferable to have a safe in my room and perhaps and iron/ironing board as the only way to iron your clothes was via the laundry service which incurred an additional charge. The location was really good with a very large sign identifying the entrance from the main road. Breakfast was a simple breakfast style buffet, but plenty of options and staff were friendly and helpful.

It wasn't clear from the booking.com website that the gym wasn't included in the booking price and there was an additional charge of 5 Euros a day to use it. This was also the same for the bottled water in the mini fridge which I thought should have been included in the price of the room.

Breakfast was great! Location was what we were looking. Had a big beautiful deck that was open late to the bar area.

Breakfast was nice and chef was super welcoming. The bar in the reception was fun and the staff did well to accomodate my large family. Pool area was nice.

The room was a non smoking room and it stunk of smoke unfortunately :/ multiple times when we came into the room it smelt and both me and my partner have asthma and it made us wheezy. Bottom part of the pool was closed off. Some of the staff was very standoffish and came across rude to some of the people I was with. Other staff were lovely though, so mixed feelings about this review.

my allocated room and was noisy with the sound of an air conditioning fan. I asked to change rooms. eventually I was given a quiet room.

We stayed at this hotel purely because we were attending a wedding next door. The proximity and ease of getting there was fantastic. As for other aspects of the hotel, we were somewhat disappointed. The hotel advertised a free shuttle service but this wasn’t operating. The rooms are far from quiet and on the 3rd floor at 10.30pm young children utilised the hallway as a running track, giggling and laughing. The air conditioner was on and off, it seems to be overridden at certain times (yes, we did have our window securely shut as advised by staff). When we arrived on the first day, the pool was closed. On our second day, one of the two pools became open. The breakfast was good but busy. This hotel obviously attracts several families visiting to zoo and/or adventure park. Like I said earlier, we stayed here out of convenience but it would not be a preference if we visited again.

Provide more info about events that are happening around nearby towns.Savory breakfast and just not biscuits/cakes yogurt.

Great views and position

The pool was smaller than it looked on the site, only open from 10.00 to 18.00, noisy, and constantly full of children. The breakfast was mediocre.

Breakfast was very poor - basically only some sweets and yogurt.

The location is perfect for visiting the zoosafari.
