I’ll be sure to write a review to let everyone know how much of a rip off this place is.

Reception staff(one lady in particular) very rude, treating me differently because I’m not an Italian resident but understand the language and speak some as well. Literally talking about me to colleagues right in front of me.Pool was not inviting at all!

Reception is very assisting and breakfast is delishious.

No USB plugs and at reception no plugs for british plugs!

the kids animation team led by Gianluca were absolutely fantastic! Our boy Lorenzo is only 2 but they took great care to see he was involved as much as possible! The effort that went into Kids Discos / Acqua Gym / White Dress and general playing and chatting around the pool was the best we have ever seen. This team work so hard and we hope the hotel appreciates it!

Very little - the whole estate could do with a little TLC but the facilities themselves were excellent

The entertainment staff were great all really friendly. Bar and restaurant staff were also friendly. Life guards were always on hand to assist at the pool really friendly and helpful.

No iron in room charge 3 euros per item. Bottles of water not included in all inclusive. Selection of food at Buffett poor and not great quality, they also did not label food items so unclear what some items were. Location not great, buses only ran every 3 hours and taxi one way to Monopoli 30 euros ( however only 20 euros if book out of hotel) Adult entertainment was not great, kids disco started at 9 and adult disco at 10, no variety. However we were advised this changes during July and August when busier.Reception staff were not very helpful in general, no information given on how to travel out with hotel and/or excursions information, luckily entertainment staff were much more helpful.

Location is great and external grounds really nice. Staff were very polite and excellent.

The internal fittings, state of repair and finish are not up to 4 star standards. It needs urgent renovation, eg bathroom tiles with grout falling out, mould, ceiling panels warped, light fittings not working, poor painting finish and cheap furniture (apart from bed).

Differentiated approach to different guests. When German guests prevailed, beer was available during lunch, but when the Italian guests arrived, it was excluded from the menu, which upset

Location and private beach

Where to begin... it was end of season buy they really let themselves down. The children's pool was filthy and our kids couldn't swim in it - the main reason we booked this resort. We also booked for an infant and was told they couldn't set us up a cot for our four month old baby until the second day of our stay "put him on the bed". I put my foot down about this and then a cot arrived within an hr. There were ants in our room that I reported 3 days in a row and were never seen to. Breakfast was below average. The children's feeding room had nothing in it to boil or sterilise, we had to ask for a kettle which was 50e deposit to our room.

The staff are very friendly and there's a pleasant atmosphere. It's in a good location across the road from the beach, good facilities, it's a very good place to go with a family that has younger children as there's a big effort to keep them entertained but in saying that, it's perhaps it's a place that's not best suited for younger couples (like us)

The breakfast is absolutely terrible

Great location personal very kind and frindly. We arrived after dinner time and the girl in the reception helped us and got us dinner in the room! thanks a lot!

The resort is really wide we can have a walk inside without the need to get outside of it. It was really easy to rent a car for a day and there are many things to see less than 1:30 from the resort.The SPA was really great.

No fitness room, crossing the street to go to the beach, and worst of it all: too many people in the breakfast/dining room it was hardly possible to walk, not convenient at all.

Location.

Staff doesn't speak English. Breakfast is terrible, just cakes and bread, we couldn't eat anything. The Hotel absolutely doesn't correspond 4 stars.

Nice facilities

The property and staff were great we just felt communication for non Italian speakers was lacking. It would have been helpful if there had been a photocopied sheet in English and other languages with breakfast and dinner times etc and where these were, and information on activities and even an info pack on how to get in and out of the resort and how to check out etc. The staff don’t speak much English (and we wouldn’t expect them to) but this means it’s much more important for there to be info left in the rooms or given on checking in. Information on the area, local shops, restaurants, beaches. There was nothing.

The food was fantastic, the staff were super friendly, rooms very clean, beach was great.

The poolside entertainment was pretty annoying. And it felt out of place. No one joined in

Liked everything!The staff is wonderful, the rooms are cozy and comfortable, the bed is beyond reproach. The kitchen is perfect every day. I was surprised by the quality and presentation of the food. Beach near the hotel. Very nice and wonderful staff, I was impressed with their service. I will coming back to this hotel. I think it's a perfect place to rest.

I have nothing to add, this is a perfect hotel. So I have no complaints about this hotel. I definitely recommend staying at this hotel. I think it's a perfect place to rest.

the staff we rude, the room was awful, if we hadn’t prepaid we would have walked

The cleaning was good.

Everything. Service quite bad, facilities bad (tennis court closed, one pool open, in the beach no free sub beds as said, ) food rather mediocre if you compare with price, not 24 h service, starts at 7 so no help with luggage to parking which was far away. Finally they felt sorry for me so the might guard helped me. No particular food that was kids friendly.

Near the beach. Food buffet was good, but only open for 1 hour. (Grumpy staff was not happy to be there and could not tell me where the bathroom was.) Rooms were well cleaned by hotel maids.

Very RUDE, unhelpful lady at front desk (on Saturday, 1 Oct 2022), rolled her eyes when I dared to ask for a taxi reservation. She said we do not call, but the day before a very helpful person told me to come by in the morning for same day booking to Bari airport. After much discussion she said she would send an email, so I waited she then said wait 5 mins for a response. 20mins later I asked. And she said it will be €100!!! (We paid €80 on the way in so I said I would discuss with my spouse). We organized our own taxi for €75, and when we checked out the same lady refused to give us a copy of our hotel bill until we paid the €100!!! We still do not have a copy of our bill for business expensing!!!!We will never come back to this run down. Poorly serviced hotel.

Great location at the seaside

Reception staff very unfriendly and not helpful, no patience and not service-oriented. Still waiting for my invoice after asking so many times. Rooms are quite shabby. It smelled like smoke in my room and there was a weird fly in the air-conditioning. No good food for vegans, a lot of canned food and always the same. (Better go to Torre Cintola hotel if you need to stay in that area, so much nicer facilities)
