The accomodation is an historical building, great architecture, but the staff was the highlight of our staying. Stella, the receptionist, is a 10, amazing and very helpful. Also, we very much enjoyed the breakfast, great local products and nice variety. Overall highly recommend!

Nice setting and nice location. The people were very friendly. Our room was clean and served its purpose for one night.

The variety of breakfast was very small. I expected more. Also they have house-cats, I love cats, but I don't want them on my table at breakfast. This disturbed me a bit.

We arrived after a 10 hour train journey to be told there would be no food available because the hotel were catering for a wedding. This would not have been a problem if we had known about it as we had been collected from Monopoli station and could have eaten in Monopoli. But we then had to venture out quite a distance to get a takeaway. We had a five-year-old girl with us who was tired and hungry. The staff gave us sketchy directions to a takeaway but it transpired they were too busy that night so we had to find somewhere else! This all made for a very unpleasant evening.The next day the same member of staff insinuated we were leaving without settling our bill when in fact we had paid earlier. We informed him politely but he virtually rugby tackled me and I had to become quite assertive. Luckily another staff member came to my assistance.

Perfect. Very nice hotel. The staff were very friendly.

On our last day, no one informed us there will be a wedding. My partner did not sleep because of the music till late night.

Well-kept and loving outdoor areas with a nice pool and a very friendly female receptionist, breakfast with salty and sweet options at the terrace, newly equipped room and bathroom with modern furniture
