- The receptionist was super polite and helpful
- Very nice accommodation
- Nice place. I inquired about parking multiple times. The info I received was " no problem, we can meet you and help with luggage. Or we can have a Tuk tuk pick you up. It was raining, dark after 8pm. Very hard to see the parking spots. Blue or white. No-one came to help with luggage. Tuk tuk not available. We arrived without dinner. By the time we got back to the hotel they said : the restaurant is closed and made no effort to help us with a snack. Gave us isolated room facing the restaurants and bars. Turned off AC because it was in the 60's. our room did not get cool fresh air from outside.
Cons -
- The room was pretty small
- I was told parking between blue lines is free until March! Then I got a 40 Euro ticket ?

Location is wonderful with parking a short walk away (we had a rental car). The interior is so interesting with the antiquity of the architecture.
On shoulder seasons the temperatures can vary. I would like to decide if I want air conditioning or heat instead of it being one or the other. Opening a window doesn’t help because there is no cross ventilation. We were glad to borrow the hotel fan. That’s what got us through.
I loved the location and the breakfast and restaurant. The staff were very kind and helpful.
Bed was somewhat small. But okay for a solo traveler. May have been my room type.
Location was great a bit noisy in the early mornings. Neighbors across the palazzo need to be quieter when they speak.
Too hot in our room no air conditioning. We did not sleep well. Needed different pillows too.
Location was perfect. Loved the patio outside our room. Spacious room for theee people.
Breakfast was not good. Stale croissant and we were never offered opportunity to order a coffee. Selections overall was lacking vs other properties we stayed at along our trip in Puglia.
The hotel was well located in the historic part of Monopoli close to the water. The room was clean and comfortable. Friendly staff. Good breakfast.
Nothing comes to mind.
The rooms were spacious, quiet, clean and comfortable. The staff was available, friendly and accommodating. The location was easy to get to from a parking lot or taxi. 15 minute walk to train.
Breakfast ends sharply at 10:00. Sharply!
Location, location, location!
Didn’t like assigned tables for breakfast. One morning, our table wasn’t assigned. Odd to assign tables for a buffet breakfast as it is unnecessary. Cappuccino coffee very slow to arrive even though requested upon arrival at breakfast. Breakfast terminated and still no cappuccino ?
Location to main square, access to shops and restraunts
Parking 800 meters from hotel. If you go out a lot on day trips, it's problematic
Location was great! Property was clean. Service was great. The staff were all very accommodating. And on the hot days you found relief walking into a nice coolRoom. The breakfast was amazing as well. All around I would highly recommend this property!
They don’t shuttle you to your car unless you want to pay 5 € (Parking is a while away)!Beach towels are for rent as well. The walk to the beach is quite some distance and can be very crowded in July/August.
Very nice and helpful staff. Great location
Sadly had a small room or really a big closet with zero light, positioned next to the stairs above the prep kitchen, so constant noise and commotion and sadly ruined any chance to be comfortable
In the heart of the action! Palazzo Indelli is a great place to stay in Monopoli. I booked a solo room. It was perfect as I hardly spent any time indoors. The vibe around the pizza is amazing in the evenings with everybody coming to restaurants and shops all around the alleyways that are located very close to the hotel.A bonus is the hotel TukTuk: it can be booked for a fee. I used it to travel to the train station when I left. The hotel is located in a 15 minute walk from the train station. I enjoyed my stay very much.
Great place to stay in the heart of MonopoliRooms are not that big for a family of 3 but it worked for us
Breakfast was poor
In the center of Monopoly. Franco the receptionist was very helpful and professional> the room was big with great terrace.
Our room was amazing! Staff is always smiling and so willing to help with any questions. The tuk tuk transport to/from the free parking (5e each way, except free on arrival and departure )was great; Mario, the driver, was always cheerful and had great restaurant suggestions. If you want a break from pasta/pizza Girabaldi’s steak house had one of the best hamburgers I have ever eaten!
Nothing!
Location ,restaurant, staff, comfortable and clean!
Loved the location, room was lovely, staff was friendly! Parking and tuk tuk pick up and drop off was ideal!
Loved everything!
Breakfast was goodStaff greatLocation superb
Bedroom was tiny and could hardly move. Whilst not overly important, there were no decorations which made it feel even worse. 3 star quality
