- Pools, breakfast fantastic, people great , expansive property
Cons -
- It was very noisy outside of my room a couple of nights because there’s a large group of teens and they seem to be doing whatever they wanted and no one was intervening. And the staff at reception seemed much more interested in their phones and talking amongst themselves than being helpful.
- The food at the buffet could have changed up every 3-4 days.
- No ladder into the sea for ocean swimming Loud at night from dome guests conference in effect

The location was very convenient to travel to towns in Puglia. We used this location as our base and had our own car. There was ample parking. The grounds, pool and beach area were beautiful and managed very well. The downside to the pool was the manditory bathing cap, which is unfortunate, but we complied with their request.
There was only 2 eating options, one a buffet which was very okay in food choices and a restaurant which didn't have a lot of options on the menus. The appearance of the buffet restaurant reminded us of a cafeteria atmosphere. Most of the staff with the exception of the front desk did not speak English, so it was a little difficult to communicate at times. The biggest surprise to us was it was an "All Inclusive" facility which was not stated anywhere on the Booking.com description
Very beautiful and relaxing. Staff was super helpful and attentive. The property was immaculate, and the rooms modern.
The mattress were a little on the thin side but I slept well.
Nice hotel, resort-like. Access to private beach (no sand, but anyway)
Poor attention, especially during dinner and breakfast. Breakfast quality was ok but you have to make long lines to get your morning capuccino. Parking space was alwsys a little bit crowded with huge vehicles making parking my car a challenge since it wasnt enough soace between parking lanes.
Liked the beach, the restaurant next to the beach and the bar.
Some of the staff members are rude. On our last day when we were having breakfast the guy approached us and said do you have a suite or regular room? I said regular room and he rudely told us the chairs were for people who have suites! I said where do I sit! He shrugged his shoulders saying I don’t know! And the chairs stayed empty. Same thing if you want to go close to beach! Every thing for people with suites! A lot of extra charges here and there when you check out! Bad imitation of Ameican hotels! A lot of things to eat for breakfast and dinner but a lot of them without quality. Lots of rules to go to water you need to get the hat from front desk which usually has big lines! There are rocks next to beach so can’t swim in the beach! Nothing happening around hotel. Remote location you only have to take taxi! Tours were canceled because they didn’t have 15 people minimum!
Pools and rooms very nice
Buffet was underwhelming and boring. Day old pastries. Dry and served multiple days in a row. No variety.Business meeting overtook lounge area and we were ignored.
Buffet breakfast had alot of variety and service very good at front desk.
service at beach view restaurant was lacking, we tried many times to get a drink and no one came to serve us.
Sea front
Not enough parking spaces. No sand beach, total stones. 3 star hotel
The food was good, the pool was big and the hotel was very clean
great location close to all popular areas. Very clean well maintained property with a lot of amenities
The staff were nice, the room was good and really nice view.
À little expensive for the dinner for what they gave us.
Location was great for touring Puglia by car. Visiting in April meant pools were too cold to use but in Summer these would be great. Carrot cake at breakfast was very good. Coffee was decent.
Breakfast was average. Bacon badly undercooked until the last day (someone said something maybe?) scrambled eggs tasted bad consistently - I’m not sure the cook is tasting their food. Generally seems like it’s been attempted on the cheap. Coffee could have been better, not sure if it was age of the beans or the machine not having been cleaned sufficiently?
We arrived when it was still too early to use the outdoor amenities, but the pool looked great and they had a small playground for children. The beach front was fun to explore and there were several great restaurants within a five minute drive. The rooms were clean and comfortable, although one of our rooms had a plumbing issue that required us to be moved. The staff got a plumber to the room quickly, and when the issue couldn’t be resolved moved us to another room. The staff was overall very friendly. If we come back to Puglia, we will stay here again but during the warmer months so we can use the pool.
Good Location
There were too many tourist buses at breakfast, which made for very crowded conditions at 7:30 a.m., just when I wanted to eat. I gave up on coffee as the queue was too long.Overpriced for what is offered
The location is convenient for visiting major attractions in the area, and the staff was kind and quick to respond to our requests. Parking was easy and accessible.
The mattress was very firm, and we could feel the springs. The staff added cotton toppers, which helped slightly, but it was still uncomfortable. The room had extensive mold that worsened daily, affecting the air quality and creating an unpleasant smell. With only a small window, ventilation was poor, and the room wasn’t cleaned thoroughly. The shower leaked into the bathroom, so we had to use a towel to absorb the water, and the rooms weren’t soundproof, so we could hear our neighbors. The food quality was disappointing. Breakfast was minimal, and dinner dishes were often served cold, even when we arrived early. The pools weren’t heated, so they were mostly empty, and the pool bar didn’t offer snacks in the evenings before dinner.
Nice beach assessibilityProximity to Monopoli city
Dated furniture and facilitiesMoney for value is not thereBuffet to be avoided, cheap ‚free‘ wine doesn’t make up for very mediocre to low grade food.
Good location. Poor food
Poor organisation regarding queueing particularly for coffee. Eggs/bacon area often left unattended. Poor choice of bread.Restaurant area like a works canteen with plastci chairs arranged in rows,
Location
Bathroom had an awful smell when you used the shower. Breakfast was buffet and poor quality. Rooms were very noisy. Every time someone passed your door you could hear every word they said.
