    Pros +

    • This hotel was a perfect half way stop for me on my way to Huesca. The rooms are large and comfortable. Shower is great. WiFi great. Easy free parking. The cafeteria/bar attached is open all day providing food if you missed the lunch call. Staff at the bar are very friendly.
    • Easy to find and park.
    • Nice clean rooms. Obviously not a lot of space when two bunk beds are folded out. But this we kind of anticipated

    Cons -

    • The bed was a bit too soft for me. Also, the gentleman at reception could be a little friendlier. Maybe he could take a lesson from the wonderful bar staff.
    • It did not seem like a 3 star hotel. It was more like a hostel for men working away from home. It did not have a proper restaurant and was not conducive for a couple; particularly if your Spanish is very poor. Not a tourist hotel for foreigners we think.
    • Can be noisy, the Spanish by nature are not quiet people and are happy to call out to each other along corridors late at night.

Excellent provision for disabled. Good breakfast Meals and good choice in either restaurant or at bar in evening.

    Room was good

Staff not really friendly and location out in an industrial area

    9MauricePosted on: 11-25-2024

Easy to find. Welcoming staff. Good selection of food from bar food to sit down menu.

A bit noisy at first as they were families with young kids. Once they settled down it was fine.

Easy to find and ample parking

Rude staff (barking "passports!" without a hello or even a "please".Mould in the bathroom. Bad smell (drains) in bathroom and bedroom.Noisy fridge a few inches from the bed.

I really liked he design of the building and the style the room was made in. It's very simple Scandinavian vibe, with white furniture ( bed, bedstands, desk, chair, wardrobe, door) white walls with one of them in a textured beige colour. Bed was comfy, room really spacious, as well as the bathroom. Bathroom floor was concrete which makes it even more Scandinavian style but comfortable to walk. Walk in shower, plenty of room, big sink and mirror. Wasn't expecting that but it was amazing, as well as the food in the restaurant downstairs and the staff there.

    I liked everything

Nice hotel, we always use it on our way to the ferry at Santander. Plenty of secure parking , nice room, even had a balcony . The air con was very good. Good meal in the cafe , breakfast a bit disappointing. Handy for petrol station to fill up for the rest of our journey

    8JayaPosted on: 10-7-2024

The room was clean and were spacious enough for the two of us. Plenty of parking and a very well priced petrol station on the premises. The centre of Burgos was within a short drive.

After a certain time the main doors were locked and the key card did not work when trying to open the door.

    Clean, good WiFi

Hotel is considerably out of the Camino route. The man at the front desk of this hotel didn’t know English and did not have a helpful attitude. He said “this is not a Camino hotel” and “we do not have a stamp!”. Meanwhile the other staff were superb in helpfulness.

The bar/restaurant is very convenient and is very good value. Staff is attentive and food is quick.

    Matress was way too soft.

    5KathrynPosted on: 9-16-2024

The receptionist was lovely very helpful. The room was good enormous bathroom.

Went for the buffet dinner, the food was poor and cold a very unpleasant experience.

    8KarenPosted on: 9-8-2024

Good bar, snack bar. Restaurant available if wanted. Situated just off motorway so quite convenient. Good outdoor space

In an industrial estate with petrol station adjacent. Strong fumes outside. 2nd floor double rooms have sloed ceilings so utterly impossible to get in bed from both sides. Husband hit head twice even on higher side of room. Otherwise clean and well equipped for price. Tall people beware though!

Location was very good, since we were just passing by.Had a good inside park for kids to play.

To much light in the morning, the cover were not enough to block sunlight

    7JoaoPosted on: 8-31-2024

    Modern hotel. Clean. Good facilities.

The staff is untrained and not courteous.

    10JuliePosted on: 8-21-2024

Bright and modern with all expected amenities

A bit further out of town than we thought

    8FrostPosted on: 8-11-2024

Super room, great aircon, comfy beds, nice bathroom with a bathRestaurant good value, tasty food for 22Euros menu del dia, food in bar also excellent. Breakfast good value at 8 Euros, plenty of choice. Handy garage next door with a car wash. Fridge in room, very handy

When we checked in a smoker had been in our room, got it changed asap. Only 2km from the cathedral, take a taxi rather than drive.

    9DavidPosted on: 8-8-2024

Excellent value hotel with all necessary facilities, comfortable and with adequate parking.

    Nothing, all good.
