We liked that the hotel was on the Camino de Santiago. The hotel staff were very helpful and kind.

We're pilgrims of the Camino Frances .... for next destination it's good. Overall the Abadia hotel is good. We can changes small money for the washing machine coin.
We're pilgrims of the Camino Frances.... for us too far from Burgos Cathedral. No microwave & washing machine. if possible provided, more comfortable.
Everything was all right. We found a parking space right in front (but there was also paid underground parking, if no places were left in front of the hotel). The room was clean, staff helpful and everything as expected from a 3* hotel. Breakfast was good
Very comfortable rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Attractive decor.
A bit far from the city center and attractions.
This was a perfect location for the Camino. The Sunday morning breakfast was pricey but had very good food. The croissants were fresh and warm. The scrambled eggs awesome! Coffee so-so.
Very clean! The jet tub is so amazing while on the Camino! There’s a cute laundromat around the corner that’s clean and cheap. Grocery is close and a restaurant next door.
A small business type hotel, quiet at the weekend but comfortable and clean with friendly staff. Good breakfast selection. It’s a 40 min stroll to Puente de St Marie along the river to the centre. We’d be happy to use it again.
Good location and easy to find. Covered car park with accessible lift. Spacious room.
Not a particularly warm welcome from receptionist on arrival. No kettle in the room. Bathroom door would not close. Door handle fell off. Tap was leaking. Backed onto a noisy housing estate.
The room was warm, and clean, comfortable and quiet. Exactly what was needed after 2 weeks on the Camino using dormitory accommodation.
No tea or coffee facilities in the room and only a coin operated machine available in house - the local cafe did not open until after 9:30 - there were no laundry facillties on site but. laundry shop a block away, so i had a huge blistered foot and hobbling there was uncomfortable - not really the hotel's fault but there could be a washer and dryer on site.
The graceful staff service. Their willingness to help and to support their clients. And, of course, I had chosen the hotel specifically; the location for me was perfect. It was not in the beautiful center of the town, but the busstop was near and access was perfect.
Their heating system should be improved. It didn't work all the time. And, since they offer such good service, there should be an electric kettle in the room, and a water bottle to welcome clients.
Used this hotel as an overnight stopover when travelling through Spain. We were able to use the secure carparking arrangements at an extra cost which provided peace of mind. Check in was simple. Our room was small but more than adequate and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was also very good.
There wasn't anything that we didn't like.
Price good for a one night stayLocation ok for motorway
Breakfast was awful. Two hot trays - one bacon that looked raw and a skinny sausage in the other. Just had toast and jam - all that was really worth eating. Hubby had some cerial which was OK
Helpful reception staff and overall good quality furniture and fittings. Underground parking available.
Room was quite small. Access to underground parking was difficult with tight angles on entry and departure and small parking spaces. Luckily the car park wasn't full. Also a €10 parking charge which seemed excessive.
Good value for money. Nice and comfortable room with university view.
We had an issue setting the AC
Location and parking
Very noisy at night from residential apartment directly above our room
Convenient location on the Camino. Decent breakfast.
Thin walls. We easily could hear the person in the next room talking and sneezing. No privacy. Very annoying.
Garage parking.
Air conditioning didn't work. Overlooking a huge playground. Servicing hundreds of flats. Our room was next to the lift. Paper thin walls, you can hear everything. Woken up at 2am. By someone on his phone on his balcony. (Not the hotel). Had to shout to tell him to keep quiet.
The receptionist was so accommodating when I said I was ill and asked to check into my room early. It was so appreciated and made a huge difference to my trip! Thank you.
