It was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The room was too warm. To open the window, I had to stand on the bed and reach above my head. (I’m 6 feet tall.)

Very central in location, easy access to cathedral, miradoro, castle, plaza mayor by walking. Space is well appointed, rooms are big enough, heating is strong and good. A gem in Burgos during winter

It was clean and up to date. Quiet and I felt secure as a solo female traveler. It is a great location with services and access to the old town. SUPER friendly staff.

The room was hot and the a/c struggled to cool it.

The staff were excellent, so helpful and personable. The bed is firm and comfortable.

I've been staying at this hotel for 15 years when walking the Camino. The property is looking a bit worn, but the bed is still one of my favorites.

Small, boutique hotel with a good location in Burgos. Stayed there while walking the Camino and spent a rest day there. Met all of our needs and was close to restaurants, shopping and the Cathedral. Good value.

Our room was right above a busy street and there was very loud noise ALL NIGHT… we couldn’t sleep because of the noise from the bars which seem to be open all night.

The two persons bed was like a trampoline. With every turn my partner woke up. Better book two single beds for a good night sleep. The location is perfect

I stayed five nights over two stays while recovering from injury. Staff was exceptionally helpful with room placement, maps, ice, encouragement. Property is spotlessly clean. Luxurious bed linens. Modern tiled shower. Lift. Large tv I did not use.

Softer towels would be nice.

Having been there years ago, you can tell the place looks tired and it’s not being kept how it was (Broken bits, decoration feels patchy, …)

Comfortable stay about 10 minutes from the cathedral. Street is lovely with restaurants and bars. Shopping area is very close by as well as the river. Comfortable beds and good water pressure in the shower. Staff was very helpful.

The budget double room does not have a window - only a skylight - just an FYI

It’s central and easy walking distance to cathedral which is the main highlight. At the same time, it avoid the noise and hustle bustle of the busy streets and square. My double room in fourth floor was spacious and had high ceiling. The receptionist ( the owner) was very helpful. He helped me made calls to book accomodation in my next town.
