- Proximity to important sites is fantastic. The building looked nice.
- Location and good bedroom
- Very clean, centric and the personnel attentive.
Cons -
- Hotel parking was not recommended cause we had a Audi A4. We were lucky with street parking at first. On the last day of stay we had to circle the hotel quite a few times and only after 1.5 hr. before finding a spot. Parking is a big problem !
- Breakfast could be better
- Rooms comfortable but lacking in certain amenities like coffee machine, kettle, assortment of teas, coffees, etc.

Very clean, centric and the personnel attentive.
The location was very close to the old city gates and next to a lovely paved riverside walk. A craft market was close by, as well.
Raquel was EXCEPTIONAL. She made everything about our stay truly enjoyable and was always prepared to assist us with our every need. The location cannot be beat. A stone’s throw from all the major attractions, but still wonderfully quiet on a beautiful tree-lined street next to the park and river.
Rooms comfortable but lacking in certain amenities like coffee machine, kettle, assortment of teas, coffees, etc.
The location was perfect, minutes from the cathedral and excellent restaurants. The view from our room was lovely, the room spacious, and the service excellent. We will definitely stay there again.
Great location. We were shocked by Burgos and how amazing and cute it is to walk around. Seriously what a gem of a city. This hotel is close to Tom’s of restaurants and main things to see and it was very clean and well kept. Breakfast was pretty good, had everything you would want. Eggs fruits and pastries and meats etc. Everything was clean and staff was very friendly. Parking was easy underground. Would stay again!
The location was excellent, the views from the rooms were beautiful and everything was very clean.
Didn’t offer complimentary coffee in the rooms.
The hotel was perfectly situated within easy access to the riverside promenade and the old town square. The room was very comfortable with a view over the Promenade and the river. We only stayed one night unfortunately. Burgos was beautiful.
No tea or coffee making facilities in the room. If you arrive late be aware that the cleaning staff are very chatty and enthusiastic in the morning! Some power points I tried were a bit lose and my adaptor didn't hold. Others were available however.
Staff very friendly, terrific breakfast. Lovely clean modern hotel
Nothing to not like. Underground corner into car park a bit tight but not impossible. Lovely staff warned us in advance though.
Perfect location with river view
The sockets didn’t like our adapters at all. The car park entry is terrifying but the receptionist did warn us.
Very central hotel, modern, clean friendly with great parking. We liked the modern feel of the hotel and it was right where we wanted to be. Also easy to get to.
Location, location!!!!
Airco and excess to the parking
The hotel was ideally located close to the city centre. Staff were more helpful.. The room was clean and comfortable.
Overall very good, staff at the front desk was amazing and gave me great recommendations. The room and location was 10/10. Only thing that wasn’t great was the cleaning staff knocking on my door at 9:30am, checkout is 12 I would have liked to sleep in.
Location, heart of the city
Carparking area is too narrow and I’m stacked.Do not advise. Also payant parking area accept only coins, no cash no credid card. That was disappointing
Super location. Easy to get to. Parking is a bonus, but not easy if you have a larger vehicle.
From a previous stay I was expecting food and drinks to be available in the bar area. There appears to have been a change, or perhaps it was because there was a function on, but there was no food available-other than a few basic items that you could order in your room, and then collect yourself. No bar staff that I could see. Also, in the absence of food/drink-no tea/coffee facilities in room. I really don't know if I'll use this hotel again.
The location was very good and the reception staff went out of their way to make us feel welcomed and provide us with a good understanding of the area and its amenities .
We booked a room with coffee making facilities which was great but the coffee cups weee paper cups, Why? I would expect a 4 star hotel to have ceramic cups. The garage is impossible for a large car so we were recommended by staff to go to a public parking approx 300 metres from the hotel, that worked well.
Location and outlook.Burgos is a city we have passed many times since transiting Spain. This time we stopped due to poor weather and not wishing to travel north over the mountains. The hotel is central and interesting with great facilities and breakfast. We needed secure parking……and this was a key factor in our selection.
This was very nearly a disaster. The parking is under ground, and we have a. New VW transporter. When we requested the garage door to be opened, the receptionist said “there is a tight turn at he bottom”Applying common sense and with 55 years of driving experiences, I carried on down a steep ramp .That turned out to be a perfect trap. With a semi automatic gearbox with no clutch for fine control, I found myself nose down and tight up against two narrow 90 degree left turns. The walls were heavily padded and showed significant impact damage. It was not possible to reverse and so I had one chance to negotiate the turn without touching the front against the wall, or destroying the whole left had side of the vehicle by sideswiping the inside curve.I couldn’t even open the doors to assess the gaps.I made the turn without touching the walls, with less tan 10mm of clearance Then again on the next bend….Even when reaching the parking spaces, I had to manoeuvre in very tight spaces to position the vehicle such that I could get out in the morning I was fortunate that many spades were empty, or I would not have been able to do that, and would have been trapped.I had a poor sleep, preoccupied by the nightmare of having to get out again. The worst facility I have ever encountered…..
Location, secure parking (although very tight), good staff
No refreshments available until after 7pm. Not ideal after a long journey.
