    • Great value here! Located in centro Burgos, this place is nice with good restaurant and bar attached. Good access to all historic sites, about 7 minutes to cathedral and all sorts of shopping and restaurants within easy walk. Can highly recommend.

    • The room was comfortable, clean & quiet. Location was great, close enough to walk to sites and bus stops.

    Cons -

    • Nothing negative....great stay! Thank you.
    • They offered breakfast only to find out that the breakfast buffet advertised weren’t really open or served at all.
    • They could do with some renovation of the rooms, a bit dated

Great location in the city center, and really good breakfast.

Staff was nice, but unfortunately Air Conditioning was not working and it was a very hot night.

I wonder why they didn't at least find a few fans to make the room more comfortable. The hotel told me in the afternoon that Air Conditioning was not working.

Spacious room. The city is very walkable and location was good. The ground floor of the hotel is a popular bar/café open all day (and the back half is a dinner restaurant).

Avoid the breakfast. For a 3 star hotel I was surprised to have to provide my own shampoo. Some questionable stains on the wall.

    Location

I recently stayed at this property expecting a hotel experience, but unfortunately, it turned out to be far from what was advertised. What was sold as a 1-bedroom hotel apartment was essentially a basic residential unit with none of the standard hotel services you’d expect. There was no housekeeping, no toiletries provided, and no daily room make-up – even basic amenities were missing. The most frustrating part was the lack of proper reception service. There was no dedicated receptionist available to assist, especially during weekends. Instead, bar staff were expected to double up as reception attendants, leading to confusion and communication issues due to language barriers. It felt completely unprofessional and unorganized. The room itself was quite cramped. The kitchen had dirty cutlery left from previous guests, which is unacceptable in any accommodation setting. Overall cleanliness and maintenance were clearly not a priority. In summary, this stay was disappointing. If you’re looking for a true hotel experience with support, cleanliness, and basic amenities, I would recommend booking either rooms in the hotel itself or looking elsewhere as apartment is not connected to the hotel building and every-time for any help you need to walk behind the street since back door access to hotel is shut. Overall the hotel is priced very high but fails to justify any value for the money except for its location.

Location was convenient and the hotel was clean

The room was spartan to say the least. Blind on window broken so impossible to let day light in, no bin in room only small sanitary bin in bathroom. Breakfast was appalling clearly left over tapas from the previous night and the cheese and ham were the cheap catering type absolutely tasteless. The staff were incredibly rude and one member of staff in the dining room was approaching aggressive in their behaviour. I know there is some tension regarding tourists in Spain currently buy when I was asking for a drink, in Spanish, i might add the member of staff turned away from me mid sentence and spoke to another customer who happened to be Spanish. The gentleman looked at me and was clearly embarrassed by her behaviour. Despite prebooking breakfast quite some time ago on the second day we were told dining room closed as there was a festival on. I understand that but don't take the money for a service you are unable to deliver. I tried to request a reduction off my bill but was not successful.

    The AC didn't work

    Location

Wi-fi not functional. Hit head on ceiling multiple times in room 503. Skylight had to be opened for air. Air conditioning not functioning. Since it was Friday unable to sleep due to noise level outside until 0430. Registration no help. Waited 2 hours until 3pm to check in. Husband sick placed in a room 75 degrees and no way to cover skylight to sleep. Bathroom 2 out 3 lights not working. Both lights in room shades damaged and one not functioning. Next morning. No one at desk. Asked the server in bar where to place luggage for transport. The area we picked up was locked. We placed at registration area. No security. No one present we had to leave by 8 am. Terrible service.

It is a very good hotel. By far the top point was the kindness of the receptionist Joani. She helped us a lot with a package we were waiting to receive on that day. Very much professional and kind. Congratulations to Joani! ???

We were there for several days and once we got used to the place it was fine. It was clean and the breakfast was very good.

There was no place close to park and a few confusing walk for seniors. The entry was horrible with holes in the tile and the some of the staff were not good.

    8CatherinePosted on: 4-27-2025

The location was awesome, so close to old town and restaurants. The room was a decent size and bathroom.had good facilities.

    The bed was hard.

Good location, though difficult to find. The breakfast was good and the server was very helpful despite the fact that I could not speak Spanish.

On arrival the receptionist felt unwelcoming. When I could not get onto the Wi-Fi, she said it was my phone. I usually have no trouble using Wi-Fi in hotels. It is really disappointing that you are unable to book a car parking space when you make the booking. We requested car parking but no spaces were available when we arrived.

    Location perfect

Check in was chaotic, room was not ready despite being given room key. Upon getting to the room it was still being cleaned.Reception was like a transport cafe

    Great location and staff.

There is construction work just outside the hotel. Not the fault of the hotel.

    Location

Too noisy. We were on the first floor. You could listen EVERYTHING from other rooms, hallway, and street. The window-balcony door didn’t have courtins, so we couldn’t sleep do to hotel’s and street’s lights
