First experience in a hotel in historic old center.Wonderful
We enjoyed our stay and breakfast was excellent. Location was perfect
Our room had the bed on the second floor and because it was November only the heater works and felt too warm
Room was bigParking available / EV ChargersQuite friendly staff Walking distance from many touristic locations
Nothing in particular
Location was perfect
While clean the rooms and property were run down. The lobby was old and showed a lot of wear. The halls too the rooms were ‘hot’ with no climate control. No ac in the rooms, my suite had a tv in the bedroom but not in the living area. No ac and showed wear - like a burn mark in the couch. Also the mini bar / fridge was broken and while I did report it not effort to repair it was made nor was there and attempt make available someCold drinks or any sort of work around
Great location, súper Breakfast
The front desk was not always the most knowledgeable about áreas around, example an Orange mobile store.
The room was very large, modern and comfortable.
The location is perfect. Car parking is on the premises and that was good. The restaurant was good and service excellent and friendly.
Impossible that this is a 4 star hotel. 2 at best. The room was strange and weird configuration. On 2 levels with a terrible staircase to the top level with a very small bed and a bathroom the size of one in an RV. No makeup mirror and very poor lighting, no tissues, no hooks for towels or robes. The downstairs had a sofa bed which my husband ended up using because the upstairs bed was too short and small for the both of us. There was a desk but it had a tv on it so had to put the tv on the floor to use it as a desk. Had to change rooms because the safe didn’t work. Noises from rooms on both sides were loud.
The access by car and the garage is just awefull for someone that never visited the city before, it was just stressing overall we ended up leaving the car somewhere else and walking to the hotel.
Location
The car park… scratched my car on the way in… took 20 minutes to get out. I suggest a warning to clients.
Set close to the centre of Blasones the location is great for exploring the town on foot. The amazing cathedral is a short walk away and a must to visit. The underground private car park is not big so book ahead. Getting there is interesting as you have to enter a pedestrianised area then navigate to the hotel via one way streets. Breakfast was very good.
Unfortunately we arrived on June 20 which is a local holiday so the hotel's restaurant was closed as were many of the eateries in town. No reflection on the hotel of course but we should have done our homework in advance.
Property was very centrally located, within east walking distance to the cathedral, great restaurants, and other historical sites.Customer service was absolutely exceptional, front desk staff was there to help me!
Clean, modern, very good value. Offers pilgrims a discount if booked direct!
We recently stayed at this charming 4-star hotel in Burgos and was pleasantly surprised! The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of the city, making it incredibly easy to explore historical sites and local eateries. The hotel even offers convenient parking, a rare find in the bustling city center.Breakfast is delightful and varied. With its comfortable rooms and friendly service, this hotel truly combines convenience with a touch of charm. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience Burgos!
Very helpful staff. Both before arrival, helping with parking etc and during stay Central so everything is on the doorstep Good selection for breakfast Always great to have a kettle in the room.
The flooring was broken in parts and the toilet seat broken but useable.
Old, dated and 2 star hotel at best. Would not recommend
It’s a 2 star max hotel. Rooms were best up and old carpet. Chips in walls and pretty dated. Overall it’s an old hotel in bad shape. Also the parking garage is absolutely tiny and very treacherous.
Smart, clean and comfortable. Reception staff were helpful.
Dreadful getting there in the car, directions need tightening up with more details. Only 2 tea bags and no coffee in the room even though there was a kettle. No instructions on how to use the tv. (Didn’t know if had to pay for it) No one on reception on arrival, waited 10 mins. Staff do not smile.
THE localization is good, most of the churches are at walking distance and the cathedral is 5 minutes away. The room was spacious..
I asked to be on the first floor. I was on the 3rd floor and the reason was a celebration of New Year organized by the hotel and not be disturbed by the noise (a nice thought!). However, as a hotel guest I could not register for the diner and no room service was available. Knowing that the restaurants are usually closed on January 1st or on reservation only, the hotel could have had a little more consideration for his guests. The staff was not very helping or sympathetic.I spent alone the most awful New Year of my life. I travel 4 months a year and that was the worst hotel I have stayed in.
Nice, quiet room in the centre of town, easy parking and excellent breakfast
