Good location. Only 10 min walk from the central square. Availability of parking at reasonable price (underground parking of the Museum of Human Evolution). Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Comfy beds, spacious room.

To check-in/out you have to park near the hotel. And it could be a problem as it is located on the narrow one way street and parking spaces are limited. I had to do a couple of circles before I could park. A kettle in the room would be a great option.

Parking is a challenge in every Spanish city (thank you Franko for your excellent ‘foresight’). But this hotel has three 10-minute spots in front so you can drop your luggage and then they give you good instructions to a spacious private lot just two blocks away.

Our stay was wonderful. The staff, room and breakfast was wonderful as well. We were walking distance to Cathedral, Plaza Mayor, El Cid and so many restaurants. The staff was very helpful with directions to the parking lot.

Modern, clean hotel. Simple and efficient, 10 min walk to the centre of old town. Breakfast was included and starts at 7 which is nice. A lot of hotels don’t serve breakfast until 7:30

The location is excellent. Parking at the nearby museum public parking was great and convenient. The room was spacious and loved the tub. All restaurants and attractions within easy walking distance. Breakfast was good, Spanish omelete was excellent!

AC did not work as well as expected. Room did not cool properly so finally opened window at night to cool the room which shuts off the AC but was much cooler so no problem except light from nearby buildings shone in. Checkout was confusing as we thought we paid at checkin when we presented our card but apparently it wasn't charged? We left assuming it had been charged only to be contacted later in the day asking for payment? We had been in the lobby eating breakfast for 30 min and gave our room # at the time but no mentioned of needing payment? Anyway all sorted out! Just be sure you verified you've paid before driving away.

Breakfast wonderful! Hotel is convenient to Cathedral and other sights. Staff was knowledgeable and responsive, came immediately to room to explain air conditioning. We wanted to stay an extra night, this hotel was so comfortable.

Excellent small hotel ten minutes from everything in Burgos Not noisy.. Clean, modern, nice and competent staff, underground garage five minutes from the hotel at a reasonable price thanks to the hotel. Nice and very typical Spanish bar open the public is part of the hotel.

Location very central, just behind the big museum, in the city centre.

Room had no windows, just two skylights.

Not many food to choose...

Breakfast is not so good, but coffee is super!

Stayed here two weeks ago and got a room with a bath I expected the same but was disappointed to only have a shower.5th floor room near the lift and you could hear it operating
