Excellent location.

We wish there was on-site coffee in the morning without having to pay for the buffet. Cafes were very close so we still got our coffee fix.

Had a great big room with a bath and king size bed which were both most welcome as we are mid- Camino

The hotel was centrally situated and good value for money. The staff were helpful.

The rooms are a little tired and could do with an update.

The girl at the front desk was a lifesaver! She helped me get a bus ticket to Madrid. She spoke really great English and went above and beyond! I was so grateful for her help

Bathroom was tiny. The smallest I've ever encountered. Others were bigger and we were disappointed especially as we stayed 2 nights.There was rarely anyone on reception

The rooms are not soundproofed. You hear the conversations, steps, TV, of neighboring rooms. You even hear them having sex at 3AM….

Great location in the city, close to the museum. Chocolates in the room!

I'm not sure how this is a 4-star hotel, dated rooms in need of repair, no bar, no gym...

Brilliant location. All local attractions, bars and restaurants in easy walking distance. Staff on reception very friendly and helpful. Clean and comfortable room.

No tea making facility in room.

Breakfast was good.

One of the breakfast staff members (the older woman) was rude and very unpleasant. The younger breakfast staff woman and the young man were both lovely.

It is definitely not a 4 star hotel except for the price which is far too high. Dirty, oldish and uncomfortable Noise from above and adjacent rooms. No more!!

The hotel was well positioned, and staff were very helpful.

It was quite cool and the heater part of the aircon was not working, and made for an unpleasant stay.

Staff members were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. This is a nice hotel, very comfortable providing a good location. I would return here no problem.

Nothing to dislike except the small single lift not really appropriate for a hotel of four (+?) floors.

The place was gorgeous. Absolutely immaculate. The staff were lovely abs very friendly and helpful.

We were awoken on both mornings to drilling and construction happening beside our room

Great attention to detail, well located for tge centre and easy access from the motorway.Co.fortable sofa bed and clean all round.

Design could do with an update. Some tiling a bit broken.
