The location was fine.

The bathroom was not clean and the hotel was a bit tired. The breakfast`s were just OK.

The location is very good, just a short walk from the centre.

This hotel needs a serious remodeling, right now it feels like a relic of the past with old furniture and fixtures. The room was cramped and stuffy, and had a weird smell in it, probably because the bathroom has no ventilation and all the humidity goes into the room. The shower was leaking and because of that it had no water pressure. The bed was very big, but with a very hard mattress. There weren't power outlets available on both sides of the bed. The breakfast was pretty modest, mostly pastries and some cold cuts.

It was a decent hotel, nothing remarkable but good value for money. Comfortable, clean and friendly.

It was a bit run down and on a main street

All the staff we interacted with were helpful and pleasant.

This is a tired old property with thin walls and tiny lobby that gets crowded easily. Parking is very near but very challenging to get in and out of. It is very overpriced as in addition it’s a 10 minute walk from the old town, I felt it was priced as if it was in the old town.

We had a family suite for the kids. They suite had 2 aircons. One didnt work at all. So they gave us a fan. The other would leak water all over the floor and switch off randomly. This happened all 3 nights. They eventually gave us another fan. They reception staff had agreed to compensate but during checkout they said they couldnt and I had to insist on speaking with the owner before they gave us a 10% discount.

Location is great very close the lively old center of Burgos(5-6 min walk). Pet friendly. Large spacious rooms. Comfortable bed. Good value.

Ran like a 5 star hotel. Classic interior design. Very clean. Front desk staff was very welcoming and professional. They gave me restaurant advice for local culture, tapas and navagation tips. I would recommend it to friends and family. I had an exceptional experience because of the front desk staff.

A dog in another room continuously barked all morning when I wanted to sleep in and relax. People should not travel with pets if they do not plan to take them with them when they leave their hotel rooms. It’s very rude to other guests.

The hotel is easy to access by car and the garage is very close. The hotel is in easy walking distance to the center and cathedral. The room and bathroom were of a good size.

The beds were on the harder side for my taste (I like them soft). No proper nightstand and no plugs to charge the phone on one side of the bed.

Wonderful location in a quiet neighborhood, 15 from old town on foot. Clean and comfortable, good size rooms. I love the laminate floors and big window. Very nice and pleasant staff.

Very nice breakfast and decor throughout the hotel. Room was nice and had adequate space. No problem w staff.

Nice bathroom only if the shower was a bit safer to get in and out. The half glass division was not enough or safe.

It is at walking distance from the center, room was clean and personnel was very friendly.

The room did not have outside view. We had to pay extra for parking.

Clean room, employees were great and helpful. Instruction book in multiple languages for room controls. Breakfast is good! Location is nice close to center and just outside of the hustle and bustle. There are Cafes & tapas places nearby open during La Siesta.

Beds were hard, I like a firm bed, but I could feel the springs.

Fabulous big stateroom. A little noisy late ar night, parking ok, but our van was too tall for the underground, so we parked roadside.. excellent for the city centre..hotel cafe and bar only open till lunchtime. Staff nice, great English and polite. Breakfast was all continental, no hot options.

Street noise was loud later on.
