Hotel Corona de Castilla Burgos

The Staff was welcoming upon arrival. The location is was walking distance from the plaza mayor and cathedral. You do pay for the parking garage but it is secured and well lit.

The hotel could use some updates such as fresh paint or fixing broken light fixtures and replacing the stained chairs from past guest spilling various things on them.

good city centre hotel with garage parking which we used.Our fourth time here as a stopover.We enjoyed a good breakfast here it is a very comfortable hotel with some quirky features and good decor.

For an overnight stay it was perfect so no complaints.

Location is great just minutes walking to the Cathedral. Good dinner and breakfast at the restaurant. Friendly and helpful staff. Cozy room and a comfortable bed

I traveled for 3 weeks through Spain. This was the roomiest, quietest, most modern place I stayed. Also, great location and great breakfast.

The booking was confirmed, but the receptionist just refused it with no reason. He was extremely rude and upsetting. Avoid this property!!!!!

Very friendly staff, welcoming and polite. Very clean room and areas. Location couldn't be better, just 10 minutes walking straight to the center. Good variety breakfast.

Decoration seems overdated. Very well kept but needs to be more modern. Emergency light over the room door will disturb your sleep.

Excellent location, just blocks from the Cathedral. Very friendly staff. Excellent breakfast buffet with fruit, eggs, yogurt, croissants, etc (but expensive).

Position of light switch by the bed was impractical, easy to switch on accidentally during the night.

The hotel is attractive, clean and in a great location. It is an easy walk to the cathedral, museums and the bus station.

A repeat visit and the same high standard was experienced from great staff to clean rooms to a wonderful breakfast

The room was clean and comfortable. The location is convenient, a short walk from the medieval area which was our destination. Hotel “courtyard view” is not an amenity.

The hotel provided breakfast (paid) was lackluster in comparison to similar quality hotels we have stayed in during this trip. Go to town for meals.

Surprised that no water was provided in the room -somewhat unusual for a 4*Choice in Restaurant only available as menu de dia no a la carte.

The bar, cafe and dining room were one area which was a little gloomy. This was more than compensated by the lovely friendly service and the Prix Fixe dinner menu was excellent value for money and delicious. Our room was also lovely, quiet, large and very comfortable.

Close to the Cathedral and the city centre, but quiet. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Food in restaurant was good.

Fairly large room, huge bed, regular cleaning, good location, interesting art in the hallways, smelled nice, complementary apples and drinks at the reception. Bedside charging ports, good TV.

No kettle in the room, hallway coffee machine broken, cafeteria closed half the day and understaffed. Hardly anyone speaks English - receptionists do so-so, cafeteria staff - not at all. Uncomfortable (long and flat) pillows, duvet wrapped in a sheet also inconvenient. Insufficient storage space and no seating in the room. You can hear people in the other rooms all too well.
