Size of room. Quiet .The bathtub was a plus for sure. Large enough bathroom.Good restaurant/ bar prices.Friendly staff.

The blanket .. no duvet. Sheets a bit old ( stains) . a bit cold in the room .

Friendly helpful staff, clean good size room

Evening meal could have been a lot better, with a better choice of meal. Food was a poor standard.

Dated bathroom. Nowhere to walk the dog from this dog-friendly place

As usual this hotel met expectations, the staff are always good, as is the accommodation and breakfast, Handy for an over night on my way to UK

The welcome on arrival from a lovely young lady, big bright smile and after my very long journey this was most welcoming. Plenty of parking on site , my two border terriers were welcome for an additional cost of €5 per dog, which I did not mind at all. I asked for a room change as the first one was by a door which I thought may disturb us all….. another was given to me straight away. I wish I had got this lady’s name, she wanted me to be happy with where we went. There is a cafe/bar area just off reception where I got a toasted sandwich and a coke for 6€ and a complimentary dish of nibbles, not bad for hotel prices. There was also a restaurant which opened at 20.00, I did not use.

Good value and great location if you are just stopping for the night before going on. The restaurant had good food, too.

We didn't have time to stay for breakfast.The location was fine. We have a hotel sleep over two-three times a year en route between Santander and the Costas, and return journeys.

We understood that the hotel had been updated, so we were very disappointed to find that this only applied to the reception and restaurant areas.Poor lighting to access rooms and on stairways.The bedrooms were uninviting, they still had itchy blankets and dusty bed covers, quilts would be much better. The sheets were clean and beds comfortable. The rooms were dark, uninviting and gloomy. No USB ports or English speaking TV. The shower room had been freshened up but the tiles were cracked and the towels hard and thin.

We visited this Hotel 12 years ago and found it to be a lovely place, with excellent helpful staff and great value for money, so we decided to try it again on our way back to Santander and I am pleased to say we were not disappointed. The hotel has been updated since our last visit and is a lovely place, excellent value for money and extremely helpful staff. In addition to this the parking is free and if you don't want to drive into Burgos there is a bus stop outside or a taxi will cost between €15-€20. We will visit again.

It was easy to reach the hotel. There Is a restaurant and cafè which could be useful as Burgos Is quite far and there's not much in the surrounding.

Our room was an attic and the bed was short. This Is a problem for tall people. There was a single long pillow for our double bed

Comfortable but checks needed to make sure enough towels in rooms for guests staying

Only had one bath towel and no one on reception to ask for another when needed
