Great location and good value.

The single room is very small, but fine. The problem is that the window opens to a small cobwebbed chute, not to the outside, and thus it feels a bit claustrophobic.

The location was wonderful. The cathedral was less than a 10 minute walk. Plenty of food and shopping options. About 15 min walk to the bus station.

Our room did not have a window that opened to the outside. No air conditioning so it was a bit stuffy in the room. The room and bathroom were very small. The toilet lid kept falling down because it was too big for the toilet bowl. There are no hooks or desk/table to put items on. The room came with one chair and a small night stand located between the twin beds

Comfortable, reasonably priced, really appreciated the heating in when the nights were cold. Staff were always friendly and helpful and also spoke English when my Spanish wasn’t very good. Would have liked a kettle and a cup for hot water in the room. Thank you

On the last day I saw a bug crawling under the garbage can as I put on the lights and went to the bathroom. Not sure what it was but it left a bit bad feeling fir otherwise great stay.

The staff were absolutely lovely, the room temperature in these winter months was cosy and warm and the shower had hot water. The location is absolutely perfect, right next to the cathedral. It's a great stay for pilgrims. For pilgrims and individual travelers, on a budget, I'd recommend this place.

Noisy when poeple came in and out and there's no soundproofing in the room (but my earplugs sorted that issue). It's dusty on the air vents, plugs and radiator and the bed throw had a few hairs on it. The bed was a bit uncomfortable, it's a basic room and the shower is very tiny with a bit of mold in the corners that could be easily cleaned if someone tried. However, I've stayed in much much worse places on the Camino and during my travels... the wonderful staff and amazing location balanced out the negatives and made this place a good enough stay for me.

Very reasonable hotel in a good location. Helpful, friendly staff. Breakfast for 6 euro was all right.

The evening receptionist was kind and helpful.

The rooms are too small and there is no heat in them. When I asked about heating the management turned on the radiators in the hallway, but that did a poor job of heating the room. The weather was bad so I had to spend more time indoors than planned. That made the small size of the room an issue.

Staff were nice.

Room was tiny as was the bathroom. Walls really thin. The shower tray was old and discoloured. Very poor value for €50 off season and a single room.

Great location for exploring Burgos, dining area where you can bring your own food in. Staff friendly and helpful.
