    Pros +

    • Convenient location with a spacious room and on site food & drink choices.
    • Location.
    • As a father and son preparing to start our Camino journey, we found Hotel Boutique Museo to be clean, comfortable, and staffed by very helpful people. While they couldn’t accommodate our request for two beds, they thoughtfully provided extra blankets and a pillow so my son could sleep comfortably on the floor. I accidentally left behind a few personal items—not the best way to start the Camino—but the staff held them at the front desk, and we were able to return by taxi to retrieve them. We truly appreciated their care and service!

    Cons -

    • The beds were not the most comfortable.
    • I inadvertently made a reservation for 2 rooms and immediately changed it to just one. Unfortunately, I had already paid and the Hotel refused to help in any way. Their only repeated response was 'you booked with Booking.com, you deal with them'. The second room that I booked was canceled; they were able to place another couple in that room, and yet they refused to refund .r because I didn't booked with them straight. I understand it was my mistake, yet they would not budge and they would not help my honest mistake. At the end. I was charged for 2 rooms, they rented the second room to someone else after all and thus profiting twice and I paid double for my one single room.
    • I tried food at the bar that was part of the hotel and I am pretty sure it made me sick. The food had been sitting out.I also thought it was closer to the cathedral but the walk was ok

Quirky (in a good way) little hotel near the museum of evolution. Was having a bit of redecorating done while we were there to freshen up for the summer season. Great location and friendly staff, also has a cafe bar.

The people are friendly, nice location

Bed is old and not comfortable (springs are almost out of bed)Very small room; difficult to walk even

    7TobyPosted on: 10-21-2024

Free street parking opposite (that was lucky), helpful staff, clean and modern room, short walk to the centre

An iron and board would be nice but that's probably pushing it at this level.

For a hotel…it didn't provide shampoo…no tea kettle…we had to move to another room due to both of the beds squeaking…otherwise it was ok…wifi was unusable due to its low speed…for the price, we would go elsewhere…

    Location

Reception girl who worked between 12 pm and 14:30 pm. She wanted my card details although it was prepaid place and we had big dispute with her. Im pilgrim and that day I walked 6 hours under heavy rain, I just wanted private warm room with en-suite bathroom for 1 night. She saw it and as a revenge she upgraded my room for double room (#206) without any need or request. My upgraded room was next to lift and stairs, has leaking ceiling ( waterfall) and temperature was only 16 degree maximum ( it was impossible to increase the temperature). When I returned in the evening from dinner there was another drunk man who wanted to enter my room by mistaken((. Then I understood she just had revenge

Location was good, close to centre. Free on street parkeing.

Room was tired and not super clean.

    5HelenaPosted on: 9-22-2024

Clean and there was a coffee shopclose to the Camino trail

Very small room. Bed hard and uncomfortable.

    Location and garden area

Room could have been bigger. One one occasion room. Wasn't cleaned til after 3pm which was inconvenient for us being pensioners and very hot day not able to return for rest etc. Didn't seem enough staff as waited in bar 15 minutes still didn't get served ad only one member of staff chatting on reception

    Spacious family room, big bathroom

Lots of dust under the beds and water splashing out of the shower

    10LesterPosted on: 7-22-2024

A very quiet hotel with a bar on site. The rooms were not massive, but had a large walk in shower in the bathroom. Free parking on the street outside was a bonus. Easy to get to if driving.

Not a lot of bars or restaurants near the hotel, but only a short pleasant walk to the sights in the centre of Burgos.

Great location, right next to the Museum of Human Evolution and very close to the cathedral. Beautifully comfortable beds and there was safe storage for our bicycles.

    9PatrickPosted on: 6-9-2024

Good location in town center. Friendly hotel manager willing to chat in the bar. Easy bicycle storage

Some food choices in the evening

    8RobertPosted on: 6-6-2024

Large room, everything very clean. Great location to walk across the bridge to the centre of everything. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Found the bed very hard as I suffer with arthritis. Parking was very difficult during our stay.
