Small room, very big pillos so they were uncomfortable for my neck. Location is great, walking distance to the main historical places. The staff was very friendly and they were ready to accept my pet even though I did not announce her initially.

The bathroom was actually nice and the people at the reception very helpful. The hotel is also located 15 minutes walk from the historical city centre so that was quite confy.

The rooms are not properly isolated, you can hear the smallest noise from the corridor. In a 4 star hotel I would expect it to be much better, we spent there 2 nights and it was really difficult to sleep. Also, I requested a double bed and we got 2 single beds. The room looked a bit old-fashioned.

Found dirty socks in the bathroom ; extremely noisy at nighttime, drunken people tried to open our doors and frightened the children …

The hotel was in a good location close to bars and restaurants. It was very clean and well kept. The bed was very comfy and there were extra pillows in the wardrobe.

We arrived on a motorbike and needed safe parking, this was not at the hotel but a short drive away and also cost and extra 14 euros.

This place was above average for its location, it was clean, quiet and pleasantly furnished rooms.

I took the cheapest room available for a one night stay and got an interior room the downside was no windows.

Nice old hotel, with charm. Really good service.

This was our last stop, heading for the port of Bilbao having driven up from Algeciras in the previous three days, and it was a shame we were only staying for the one night.Faultless in every aspect, we will pencilling in the RICE Reyes Católicos for when we do this journey again later this year.

The location was good for the price.

The bed was a bit small for a couple and the mattress was not very comfy. The bed was not attached to the headboard so the bed slipped down and we lost the pillows at night. There was no water pressure in the shower.

The staff were really friendly, the room was spacious and comfortable.

Our room was very close to the reception and the room where breakfast was served. This meant that we were woken up at 8:30 with the noise of plates and cutlery being prepared, as well as by the voices of people going down for breakfast. Our room also smelled kind of like food most of the time, I’m guessing for the same reason.

We managed to find parking right outside. The hotel reception, Daniel was very efficient and polite, even spoke some English. Very good experience after traveling for 10hrs.

Room was a disabled room, so very big and loads of space. lovely walk in shower. Recently renovated.

The hotel is a very comfortable and well run, with very helpful and professional staff. The room was warm and a good size, cleaning excellent, good sized bathroom and a very comfy bed, as in photos. Breakfast available although I did not try this. RICE Reyes is located not quite in the town centre, but an easy walk of about 10 to 15 minutes. The hotel is on the bus route from Burgos station (located in outer Burgos) and so easy to get from the train. It is possible to securely leave luggage after checking out. There various options for meals nearby and Burgos is a lovely smaller city to visit. Unintended, but my visit coincided with the El Cid Festival so many people in medieval dress (including hotel guests) and the town was full of medieval activities and all really enjoyable.

Room was good, bed was comfortable, location was very good.

When booking, I asked for a hotel with a car park. But when we arrived, we were told that the car park was not in the hotel but across the river, which, on the night because of the heavy rain was not ideal. Also the receptionest was not to bothered to hear our greavence. Even on a good day you have to drag your suitcases with you.
