service was poor and room condition did not meet the rating.

Very strong air conditioning.Nice lobby and cafeteria.Good location, near old town.

Terrible Wifi, worked half the time and very weak when it did work.No outlets in the room!No kettle or coffee maker.Slightly shabby room for a 4 star hotel.

The staff was extremely helpful

The hotel is run down. Chipping paint, trimThat was falling off the wall, cracked tiles. The pictures on booking.com are misleading. It’s obvious that the hotel is not trying to repair items

The Hotel is just few minutes walk from Burgos city center.Rooms are very big and spacious, also very clean.Staff very professional.Lovely breakfast!

Maybe furniture need a little renewal

The room itself wasn’t too bad and the breakfast was very nice with a good selection of breads, meat, juices etc. the staff were helpful in helping us find somewhere open for food and overall very helpful and friendly. We were on,y using this as a stopover so cannot comment further on location etc for the town.

Check in was slow due to on,y one person having to do it. Once I was seen the staff member was very friendly and helpful. The car parking was a bit of a problem. You have to drive away from the hotel and then find the small entrance. It looks quite run down, the door covered in graffiti and the garage itself was very dark. I would have felt quite uncomfortable had I been a lone female. There was a problem with exiting the garage, the door was broken and awaiting repair which meant having to walk around the building to get back into the hotel.

The temperature of the room and the bathroom was super cool There was no other blanket or duvet to keep warm. Just the one in the bed which was no enough

Very good breakfast but limited hot choices. Very clean and the bed was very comfy.

Hotel and room felt a bit 'tired'. Would not guarantee garage space until arrival. we were on floor 9 and there were a lot of noisy neighbours coming back to the hotel at 2am.

The breakfast was absolutely amazing. There were a lot of options. All the dishes were delicious.

Everything was amazing. I liked everything. Only they should provide a separate dustbin in the main bedroom. There was only a single dustbin in the bathroom.

Always a good experience with friendly, helpful staff. A little way out of the main town but this hotel suits us when we are driving to the ferry port at Santander. A leisurely walk into the town centre has become a tradition.There is secure paid underground parking in allocated spaces on the -3 floor.Great breakfast with plenty of choice in one of the suites - of which three are a few. There were a couple of large groups wanting breakfast at the same time as us, but thankfully they were seated in a separate room.We were on the 10th floor with full height windows on two walls but were not aware of any noise during the night.

We were on the 10th floor with full height windows on two walls there were blinds to both of these windows. unfortunately someone had damaged the edge of one of the blinds and we struggled to operate it properly - although we succeeded in the end.The bathroom was open plan with only the toilet closed off with a glass door. The shower was actually on an outside wall (happily with frosted glass!!) but the rain shower tended to spray water all over the floor just outside the opening (there was no shower door). This has resulted in the wooden floor becoming damaged & starting top break up.

We are walking the Camino and arrived with aching legs. The room had a great bath which we made good use of. We left feeling revived and rejuvenated.

Lift from the garage out of order. Quite noisy in the morning, people on the move from 6.30am.

Awesome breakfast. I defy any 5 star hotel to do better. Amazing choice of fresh fruits, cereals, breads, meats etc...No need for lunch after that magnificent spread

The room was too warm for my wife...

Its good but one problem they cut money on account or also take cash that’s problem because that movement pay on pinding after few days they cut my account….
