Cons -
- shower did not work well; took a long time for hot water to work and hard to control temp; either too hot or too cold, and the stationary top shower head did not work, hence had to use the spray handle.Could not check in until 2pm bec it was booked online
- The mattress was a little thin and uncomfortable but for the price, still ok.
- Beds felt like cots and lots of noise from outside

This hotel is well-located near the cathedral but not too close to be noisy, and the Camino is about a block away. The windows also were well-insulated and I got a couple of nights of good rest. The room also had an enclosed balcony which I used to dry some merino wool clothes with the windows opened. Luckily, this place has an elevator, which helps with moving luggage and tired camino legs. The receptionist was helpful in guidance to the Museum of Human Evolution (fantastic museum--highly recommend!). If she hadn't told me it was closing in a couple of hours of my arrival (and closed the following day), I would have missed this gem. My bathroom was one of the best of all the (private room) places I stayed on the camino, and the room climate controls worked like a blessing. Decent breakfast for 6.95 Euros.
Not much to complain about.
Clean with modern features, while in the old town.
The room was tight because of the huge bed.
The room was clean and well appointed. I enjoyed the location in the historic district with its many shops, cafes, restaurants, and places of cultural significance within easy walking distance.
I arrived at the hotel by taking a bus from the train station and a short walk. Thank goodness I did not have a car, because the area is a relatively complicated labyrinth of narrow historic streets that can be difficult to distinguish from pedestrian promenades. It is a lively area, so for those wanting a more tranquil experience, it may not be ideal. Street noise diminished significantly after about 11 pm, though.
This hotel was right near the cathedral. The room was clean and very small.
Clean and good location
No access to have hot water when it is not breakfast time
It was a very nice property for the price. Very clean and a good breakfast offering. The location is adjacent to both Plaza Mayor and the Cathedral. I would stay with them again.
The check in process was a little confusing after the reception closed at 4, but they were very helpful in getting us in promptly via a video conference
Great location. Very central! the staff is very friendly and helpful!
Breakfast was awful! Very, very, very limited choice! Bananas were brown! The mattress was very uncomfortable - I could feel the springs. Room is tiny. Felt very claustrophobic.
Fantastic location.Right next to the Cathedral and the restaurants. Very clean
Location is perfect. Rooms nice and clean. Excellent shower. Staff were very helpful and nice.dont be put off by the 1 star, as its not
The only downside is you can't get to it with a car ,so a 5 minute walk is needed
Great location, very comfortable, nice bathroom, comfortable beds, excellent staff!!!
Kind of a weird entrance, but I figured it out
Location was excellent. Staff was helpful—we were waking the Camino and she held our backpacks until we could check in.
location! very close to everything. It's very clean and comfortable.
checking process was extremely inefficient. It was through a call via a camera. Very impersonal! I was lucky that I was able to speak the language, a french couple took about 10min to check in.
- Excellent hotel location, right in the city centre. - Possibility to park the car near the hotel (public park). The hotel has an agreement with the park, 12 EUR/24h.- Hotel staff very polite and approachable. - Very clean room.- Very good breakfast.
Room was nice quiet and had a very comfortable bed. Shower was extra nice. The breakfast, available for an additional small charge was wonderful. Great coffee, fruit and an assortment of additional breakfast items. The hotel staff from check-in until check-out were all great. Housekeeper was very nice and kept things looking beautiful.
I enjoyed the check-out that was late morning. It gave me plenty of time for an enjoyable breakfast in the hotel.
The location was perfect.
Very small, noisy streets and damp smells in the bathroom due to the shower drain being very slow to empty and water coming out to the floor
Comfy bed, clean and well presented
