- The location was great, check in was simple and friendly, and the overall lobby look was polished.
- Great location. Underground parking not bad. Rooms very comfortable.Special thanks to front desk person Abdul who made our stay comfortable.
Cons -
- This was not a four-star hotel. There were stains on the carpet in our room (multiple, old stains - not recent), the bathtub also had a few stains, and the elevator that was right by our room squeaked loudly (so we heard it all night).
- Beds were very firm (but I’ve been in Spain for a month and all beds have been firm)
- I am walking the Camino and as a pilgrim I felt discrimination for my appearance. Front desk made me wait for check in for more them 30 minutes while many others that arrived after me would get checked in. Beds were so hard and uncountable

Easy to find on the Zumo, I had a group of 11 bikers along with 11 touring motorcycles for an overnight stay having travelled from Bilbao. Helpful staff, underground parking and we were only charged for the spaces we used (3 adjacent spaces). We ate in their restaurant on the ground floor - again good value. Great location with a nice on street bar/cafe opposite and a nice trendy area across the bridge. Definitely recommended for a group like ours.
All good, no issues
Excellent location. Very friendly and helpful front desk staff.
Buffet breakfast though plentiful was poor in respect to presentation of hot items…they weren’t. Breakfast room staff not very welcoming, caring nor helpful.
Location is very good. Private underground parking is a big plus for guests travelling by car. Breakfast was good.
Staff was not very friendly and did not want to resolve an issue caused by obvious mistake made by booking.comIt was not mentioned that the air conditioner was on only from 14:00 till 01:00.Lousy bar.It seems the hotel is trying to save on everything.
Staff amazing. Beautiful view. Beds very comfy.
We had a family room with three beds, it was quite large, really clean and comfortable.Location, the hotel is right in the centre of Burgos the hotel offers parking be aware it is quite tight to park.
The staff were excellent
The reception staff are nice. Good location.
It’s a very depressing hotel. There is no natural light whatsoever once you enter the building. It’s dark and very dated inside. It feels more like an office building than a hotel. The gym also was the biggest joke I have ever seen. This hotel should not be allowed say it has a gym which is one of the reasons I picked it. It is the worst hotel gym I have ever seen bar none.
Great location: close to everything, but quiet. Good isolation between rooms. Comfy bed. Even with lots of things going on, reception staff was super nice.
Parking garage is really tight, might be impossible for big cars.
Nice spacious room with bath. Clean and well located. Very nice staff
Twin bed
nice staff but overworked. hire more people.
Not suitable for cars. garage too small. overpriced parking.
The hotel is located very close to the old city and so was in a good place for tourism. It was easy to find. It provided a good breakfast and good recommendations for dinner. Good WiFi and decent TV.
It admitted that its parking was not easy but there were local public car parks nearby which were not expensive and were easier to get into.
Clean, modern. I arrived very late in the evening, and the staff were very accommodating.
I was expecting one nice big bed, but instead had two smaller beds.L
Spacious room with comfortable beds. Ventilation in the room is great. Breakfast staff is working really hard. Good food in the restaurant.
Talking to your colleague when you are checking in your customer is very unfriendly/unwelcoming. Ventilation in the bath room could be better. Breakfast room is a bit crammed. Toilet hard to flush.
The staff were marvellous Anna was very kind and got us a tea tray
The hotel is very well located to enter Burgos by car. The room was very new, very well cleaned and bathroom as well. It takes you 5 minutes max to get to the heart of Burgos walking. We were there on a night when there was a lot of music or a kind of festival, crowded but all very nice ! We left around 5 in the morning to return to Belgium, and the guy at the reception desk was very helpful and professional to explain how to exit the garage. For Burgos this is the best option, we will surely return to take breakfast next time !
We read all the reviews about the parking and they are true :) As we arrived around 8pm, the parking was already full and we went to -3 or so to park, it is good to be with 2 when you park because you will need somebody to check. Not easy but happily we had the parking ! Still we would pick the hotel again.
Clean, spacious room. Hotel reception very friendly.
