Cristal Palace Hotel

I absolutely loved this hotel and staff. They were so accommodating, friendly and welcoming. The vale parking is the best thing after a long stay in puglia. I highly recommend this place as you can visit surrounding areas and be completely relaxed and rested afterwards. Stay here. You won’t regret it.

locatio, personnel, breakfast

rooms are really spartane ...and we were in upper level type of room. It was definitely good as size however really "plain"

The room was very clean and was furnished with parquet flooring. Bathroom smallish but perfectly suitable for a one-night stay. The king-size bed was very comfortable. Breakfast had a good selection of fresh breakfast foods.

What did not meet our expectations was the fact that there was extensive construction work going on right above our heads. There was a notice in the elevator, but such extensive building work should perhaps be mentioned on the site while making the booking? At check-in, the concierge had told us that construction would start only at 08:30 but from 07:20 in the morning there was building noise. It made us cut our stay in Andria short.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast varied. The room itself was spacious and clean. The colour scheme felt more conference than cosy. The parking for €10 was convenient and avoided our normal experience of driving around a town we didn’t know and looking for any spot we could find.

The breakfast was quite good, except for the lack of vegetables. The bed and room were comfortable. Services were adequate, and the staff was attentive. There was valet service; they parked my car and had it ready at the door at my checkout time.

Finding the hotel entrance was a bit challenging; I had to call the gate to have it opened to access the area, but the staff were attentive and helpful.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel was close to the vibrant city centre.

Spacious room, good breakfast, close to the city center.

There was dust on the surfaces in the room. The air conditioning was difficult to regulate.

Confortable end clean hotel, nice location , amazing the staff ! everybody was very friendly in particular Mr. Raffaele to whom it goes my special thanks, for amending my reservation due to a personal mistake. I kindly reccomend it

In total, we enjoyed our stay in the room, which is located in a convenient place.The room was very comfortable to stay.Breakfast was good.

The WIFI was bad and we were disappointed about that.The parking options is in hotel garage for 10 Euro per night or to park on the street and pay hourly which is much cheaper.

The location of the hotel is central. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They even opened an adjacent room so that we could dry our soaked bike equipment over the heating of both rooms. Our tandem got a safe place, too.

Some of the appliances should be replaced ages ago. A bit dirty bathroom in both rooms we rented. I would say standard is more suitable for 3 star hotel. Need renovation
