Grieco Business & Spa Hotel

Comfort

Staff for the breakfast and safe parking

The hotel had free parking which was easy to access from the street. The room, though small, was extremely functional. There were a few minor repairs needed (toilet seat had come loose, and the cover over the wand shower head hose pipe was detached) but nothing that detracted from its overall functionality. Also there was a grocery store straight across the road, very easy to access with a crossing outside the hotel. The breakfast provided was of a very high standard, with plenty of fresh fruit, and some exceptionally tasty croissants! The coffee was very average, but there were plenty of tea choices, and tea pots were provided which made it even easier.

The whole hotel is super-clean and the staff are extremely helpful. The gentleman on reception met us at the gate and explained where we needed to park to charge our EV. Breakfast was good with a wide choice and wonderful coffee. It was great that our dog was allowed to stay with us too.

The beds were far too hard for us and this is the only reason that we wouldn’t book again. Perhaps mattress toppers would be useful? If you like a firm mattress, you won’t have any problems.

Clean and modern room, the receptionist was very friendly and nice( Matteo). The breakfast was delicious but not so big variety of food.

Excellent facilities, good breakfast, good location, ample parking, good air conditioning, close to restaurants and downtown.

All good

everything was perfect. The staff was very helpful and friendly, the room very clean with a large and comfortable bed as well as the bathroom. breakfast in the roof garden with a view and enough variety to choose from. I would definitely choose it again in the future.

Lovely hotel, very clean and close to the town.

The terrace and the spa were closed and only available to pre bookings?‍♂️ never heard anything my crazy!

Clean, convenient. Well maintained, good breakfast, good showers, spacious enough. Overall good facility. Parking safe and convenient.

Beds were very uncomfortable. Tv reception went in and out. When I asked the front desk about it , they did not care. Wasn’t raining so there should not have been a problem with their dish. Probably not aimed properly. Normally a technician is available to address a problem.Front desk receptionist not helpful at check in.

Property is clean & modern. Staff are excellent from front desk to restaurant. Hotel is quiet at night and beds are super comfortable

Nothing. This is my 2nd stay and as I have friends in town I will always stay at Greico

New and easy to find and park.

Mattress and pillows were super uncomfortable. Gave me back pain, I don’t think such a hard mattress with springs is ok for such a hotel. The shower was tiny.

Staff person (Matteo) was amazing! parking was enclosed, nice little lobby with a bar (and beautiful bird!). Breakfast included, a restaurant and spa. walking distance to shopping & other restaurants. Nice view out front of gardens.

The property was very clean, modern and the staff was excellent in particularly Antonio at the six floor which he was very attentive and assisting us during breakfast.

I didn’t, everything was excellent there

close to town centre. modern, clean, staff spoke English and were very helpful.

nowhere to sit outside to relaxmattress was very firm spa was closed up

Desayuno muy bueno, restaurante para la cena excelente. personal muy amable. La vistas desde la terraza de la ultima planta.

Small individual room. No restaurant for lunch.

it was clean, modern, and comfortable

our room was a bit warm, but I would much rather be warm than cold

We loved our brief stay. The package with dinner and spa was perfect after hiking the "path of the gods". The staff was very kind and helpful. The ambience is very aesthetically pleasing and elegant. I would definitely stay here again and I highly recommend it !!

Very good

Staff did not advise us that wellness was an extra charge! Made a discount in the end but if I knew the price I would never have gone to wellness.

Very Clean. Nice restaurant staff and really good food. Room was descent and clean. Bed comfortable. Quiet room.

Nothing to dislike but for TV options few international channels would be fine for such standards

Friendly staffs: despite my arrival in the late night, they provided me a nice plate in the restaurant. And they are all super friendly.

The strong scent of amenities

Dinner and breakfast very nice. Staff very good.

All was fine
