Location was great.

This is a good hotel chain, but this particular hotel was renovated from an older hotel and although it was done nicely some of the rooms were not good. Our room smelled strongly of mold in the bathroom.

We really enjoyed the ability to use the hotel's bikes. The room was spacious & clean. Note that because you are in old town there can be noise from the street at night; however, we always travel with earplugs so it didn't bother us in the least.

Modern, clean bathroom, shower, and bidet. ELEVATOR - Yes! The beds were comfortable, HVAC system was quiet and kept the room at a good temperature. Bed linens and pillows were comfortable. .

We spent several hours trying to get access to the internet. We could connect to the (un-secure) WiFi, but there was no functioning internet access and at this "not staffed" satellite, there was no help. We spoke three times with the folks at Letoh Letoh, and while they offered some suggestions, there was no effective troubleshooting response, or fix for the non-functioning internet connection offered. We ended up having to go to the public library to take care of a few demanding online things. The time we wasted troubleshooting this problem would have been better used enjoying the lovely city of Bilbao,

The room was big, comfortable and clean. The hotel itself was modern and stylish. Every interaction with staff was good. The check-in and check-out process was fast and smooth. All in all, it was a great stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

Everything about the hotel was in order. There was nothing that my friend and I didn't like. It was an excellent stay. Great job, and keep up the good service, appearance, and more.

It was really very nice. The staff were all suuuuper nice, the room was really clean and the bed very comfortable. I had to book a room in a hurry from Frankfurt, and i was actually sceptiple because it was so inexespensive but i booked because i needed a place fast. I was really really pleasantly surprised! Better than a 4 star hotel i just stayed in in the U.K. last week.

A manned hotel desk at a nearby hotel for this location. Very clean, elevator, good d sad iced room, a common area with coffee and tea, work tables with charging stations and also couches and chairs. Very good area with stores, bakeries, restaurants, laundromats, bars and close to bus and streetcar stops. Short walk to train station.

No mini fridge or microwave.

This hotel is super centrally located. There are a lot of restaurants and shops around it. The room was spacious and it was nice to have the view of the street.

There was no safety box in the room. And not that it bothered that much but we had to go to a hotel near by to do the check in.

Jorge from the reception was extremely good on the check in process. The room is spacious, the building despite outside is old inside you will find a nice, modern and comfortable place. You can see that they work on it. The room was extremely spacious and toilet too. Minimalist, that I like. Maybe the tv was a bit old compared to all the room. Each side of the bed has a Type C connection to charge your device, this is so crazy modern!!

You can hear people walking on the room above, the room (205) is not very well soundproof. Despite that, you can't hear nothing from outside.

The location was really central and within the pedestrian area so no traffic The room was clean and the bed was comfortable

Having to check in at a different location and not having staff in our building.There was nowhere to make tea or coffee in the room only in the "lounge" area.No breakfast option.

Great location in the midst of Casco Viejoyet my room was dead quiet with good blackout curtains perfect for sleeping. Bed was comfortable. Staff is young, energetic, helpful and attentive. Communication began well before my visit. Very clean. Great coffee shop in main building.

I do not like the smart hotel concept where everything is controlled by a wifi card. I would have liked a human at the desk downstairs in the annex where I stayed. I would have liked a safe in the room.

Excellent hotel in excellent location - would really recommend. Modern and very clean. Very close to main old town - would definitely use again.

Location is fantastic

Bed was pretty tough and the AC didn’t work all that well.

The location was excellent, right in the heart of the old town, near public transport. The cleanliness impeccable and the staff super accomodating and friendly especially Marta from the reception and Emelyn from the housekeeping.

There was a heating wave during our stay in Bilbao and our room was not properly air conditioned.We contacted the reception and the manager was fully helpful. They compensated us and tried to make the rest of our stay as comfortable as possible.

Excellent location in the middle of the old town with shops and eateries right outside your door. Lobby area is spacious and aesthetically pleasing. Staff very responsive. Near bus and train lines. There is no concierge but we had no problems accessing Letoh Letoh hotel’s concierge a few doors down.

If you like firm beds, this property is for you.

Very comfortable and well appointed room in an excellent location in the Old Town. Pleasant lighting and decor, a superior bathroom and grand shower, pleasant complimentary toiletries. The building has an excellent modern remodel, including a speedy elevator if desired, and excellent stairs, which we preferred. A nice tea service was available in the lobby downstairs. Check in staff (was at a different hotel down the street) spoke English, and was very friendly and helpful including walking us down to our room to demonstrate key pad use.

The only thing that kept me from rating even higher was that it was not a true double bed (twins pushed together), and for this price point a hot pot or coffee machine in the room would have been appreciated. We had a rental car and parking is not available in the Old Town, but we were given a subsidized rate at the underground parking garage by the riverfront.

Check in occurred at a hotel lobby a couple blocks away, but the staff was so helpful and friendly! The room was massive compared to most in Europe and the shower door actually covered the entire shower and wasn’t open ended. Amazing location in old town and close to most everything you’d want to visit.

Great location in the heart of the old town with lots of restaurants nearby, yet quiet at night. A warm welcome from staff at the hotel nearby where you check. I was also very impressed by the handwritten personalised welcome note in the room. It was very handy having tea and coffee on the ground floor as well as space to picnic or just sit! Definitely recommend
