The location was convenient, and we were able to walk everywhere we wanted. The staff was also helpful, and provided maps and pointed out interesting locations to see. We were only staying a few day so it helped maximize sightseeing.

The room had a slight odor, which was not appealing. It smelled like cleaner, but not overwhelmingly.

The accommodation was excellent. There was always someone available at the reception 24/7, and they were accessible for any kind of assistance or consultation. The boy receptionist was especially polite and attentive, constantly giving us genuinely good advice. Everything was nicely cleaned, and the bathroom in particular was spotless.The only small remark we have is that the bed sheets and bedding had a few stains and smelled slightly dusty. We assumed this might be because the room had not been used for a longer period.Perfect location. Everything else was excellent.

The location was central and convenient, the room very comfortable, with good bed. Clean bathroom and the room, perfect value for money. There’s a kettle and complimentary tea and instant coffee bags. There also a hairdryer and a steamer for clothes - nice touch from the owners.

A disclaimer: we enjoyed the stay, the thing I’ll mention is a minor inconvenience, that can spoil your stay if you stay longer than one night. The thing I did not like was that the window would not open completely, just a little bit, which does not allow to air the room properly. I would also add a guide for air conditioning modes, it is not very easy to understand how to operate it.

Window was big but no light in the room. Since we did not stay much, it was a great stay anyway.

Great property in a great location to see the Guggenheim. Clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Cute sitting area with an espresso maker and chilled drinking water (perhaps hot too for tea drinkers but can’t swear to it). Housekeeping was downright impressive.

The room was good and clean. So was the bathroom. The location was excellent. The site was quiet.

Room was quiet and clean. Location was great for going to the Guggenheim Bilbao and walking all over town.

Very close to the river walk and the Guggenheim and some good eating places. Air conditioning on the two 30 degree days was good.

Getting to the hotel by car was a bit crazy. Hotel sign is small and behind a bus windbreak. Parking for unloading not obvious as a bus stop is right in front of the hotel door. Had to go around the block and call the lobby to finally be able to unload. The attendant was very helpful and came outside to flag us down and show us the unloading zone the 4th time around. Thank you!

Fabulous location, close to the Guggenheim, and an easy walk to the old town, bars and restaurants.

Room and facilities are dated, with no streaming services that you would expect for this rate per night. Room was noisy, due mainly to water system and other rooms.

The hotel was very easy to locate in Bilbao, the staff was very helpful and accommodating. The room was very clean and just as is represented in the pictures with all the necessary amenities available. The location was just perfect for getting on the bus to the airport.

A litlle noisy from interior common room

The location was excellent, close to the Guggenheim and near the airport bus stop. The room was comfortable and had air conditioning, which made the stay much more pleasant and quiet.

The window faced an internal area, so there was no natural light or outside view.

The location to explore Bilbao is perfect, 5mins walk to the Guggenheim and the river. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly.

The bed and pillows were spectacular. It made our stay even more enjoyable.The location was perfect for all of our adventures.

Our shower was plugged, and it flood the bathroom. Once that was fixed, there were no other issues.
