The staff was great, location was good. We stayed about a week and would return.

No safe in room, hot water ran too hot then too cold so be careful in shower.

The double room was very comfortable. May be a bit small for two people but great for you. Very clean, good bed, and the price was great. Location is also very good, 15-20m walk everywhere.

No lifts. Parking was a bit difficult however the staff were very helpful with assisting in finding the parking

Accessing the parking was difficult, and there is very limited space in front of the hotel to stop and collect the parking keys. The room was small, with the sink located directly in the room, while the shower and toilet were separate.

Very poor

Cramped. Basically a square room with partitioned bits at opposite corners, ie. bedroom and bathroom. There were half-empty bottles of oil, etc in the kitchen cupboard. Nobody would use left-over oil, undated, unhygienic and unreliable.

Very clean, price very good, friendly service and very modern and fashion room.

I highly appreciate the hospitality extended by all the staff during my stay. My stay has been really memorable especially because of the personalised touch that the team has offered. Starting from a hand written welcome note, the welcome drink at the roof lounge with an amazing view, the special chocolates in the room (i liked the dark ones :-)) and the morning host for sumptuous breakfast he offered with a set menu to choose from. I would like to specially thank Ms. Ana from the reception who patiently took the effort to provide options for my trip to the san jose caves, recommending places to visit in the old city and the advice on the local cusine.The experience has been unforgetfull and looking forward to come again with my family to enjoy this wonderful hotel and the beautiful city of valencia.

Nice reception, very helpful

I didn't like that this is a 50 euro room, for which I paid booking.com 76 euros. I feel that I have been robbed, by a company I use often (they even removed my genius status just before I travelled), and will not use booking.com again!Bye, bye Booking

For a double room small for three nights

The interior of the hotel is modest and kind of worn out. There is no elevator
