The room was very spacious, location good

The heating could not be controlled individualy by room, we were uncomfotably hot and the only option was to switch off at the fuse box the heater whch the manitenance guy did for us. No parking spaces available even though we rang up a week prior to boo

I wish the air conditioning was stronger. A bit hot on very warm days.

Parking

The hotel is well located in Bilbao with access to the best museums and attractions. The hotel was well maintained, comfortable and friendly.

Location is very central. Room very spacious and comfy beds. Rooftop bar was nice to relax

Air Con quite poor and they would not turn it on high enough in the extreme heat we had that week even though they "adjusted" it twice for me, it still should have been able to run a little cooler.Rooftop Bar was not accessible on one of the nights as it was "full" which was very disappointing.The elevators are really inefficient and it took us 20mins to get out of the hotel a couple of times which seems ridiculous.

I couldn’t get the Marriot points because I booked with Booking.com But the Marriot rate in their app was higher, so seem we have to chose

Almost everything. I liked breakfast, rooms, service, fitness, location, air condition, noise isolation.

I strongly dislike pillows. They are simply terrible and will kill your slip. They have the shape of stiff tubes 1mx0.3m in size and simply cannot be used. If you plan to stay in this otherwise nice hotel, bring your own pillows.

Location is excellent.

This is a Marriott Autograph hotel, which is supposed to be a more high-end establishment; however, the staff at this hotel did not represent such expectations. Even more, as a Platinum Marriott Bonvoy member, I felt offended because of the treatment I received.

Location is absolutely perfect, breakfast is great.

We had to log in every day again to the internet. We were unfortunately on the worst position in the Hotel, there were very noisy construction works in the flat on the same floor.

Came here for only one night but wish I had stayed for more! Great location, beautiful rooftop bar, excellent customer service and comfy cozy beds. Highly recommend!

In-House food and drinks (from bar to breakfast) are excessively overpriced. Completely out of your mind to Spanish Bilbao standards. Luckily there are plenty of normal options around the hotel.

I wantwd to have a coffee in the morning. I was almost got beaten by the staff. İ went down to coffee station the staff there didn't let me to take a cup of coffee she didn't understand English i tried to explain myself she insisted that I have to pay for full breakfast to be able to have a coffee. I said i will pay for the coffee. But NO..I went to reception to tell what i wanted but no the receptionist was the same. And very rudely. Net net net you can not have a cup of coffee even if you pay for it in the hotel. Absurd

Cleanness

Room was too small, the staff are too slow, too expensive for what it's worth.

Super location in downtown Bilbao, wonderful, kind and welcoming staff, at all levels. Very good restaurants and cafe options as well as a nice terrace on the rooftop. Room is very good, with good attention to details.

I faced several unpleasant issues waiting for the elevator, seems there is an issue there, at times we had to go down on foot through the stairs. In our room (I don’t remember the number) the AC sound, compressor, was loud. The toilet needs a bit of update/ modernization in my opinion.
