- Comfortable and clean room. Convenient location if you go to San Mames stadium (across the street), but far from old down town.
Cons -
- Location. 45' walk to old down town, 25' walk to Guggenheim museum.. Although the room is comfortable, the hotel doesn't have many amenities for a 4 star hotel.
