Lack of parking in the surrounding area

Negligence on the part of Moon Hostel Bio made trip to Bilbao a nightmare! Cash & bank card stolen!

My cash and bank card were stolen from the Moon Hostel Bio locker because of their negligence: The wooden board that separated my assigned locker from the above locker was not fixed securely and could be easily lifted to access the contents of my locker below as police discovered.Room was crammed. Too small for six beds.Vibration was very low.

It was close to the metro station

The bed spread was dirty. You could tell they never wash it.

Loved the private bathroom and balcony. Easy entry. Our room was ready early, so thank you for that.Hangers available for use in the closet. Easy access to public transportation and downtown Bilbao.Shopping mall 20 mins walk.

Having extra pillows on the bed would be helpful and more comfy.

The individual room had a nice terrace. Location is fair, in Deusto, very close to the metro station. The street is not the best one in the area, as the bars and commerce there are only for a certain group/community of people, not locals.

The guests were peculiar and loud, probably drunk or high. The personnel will not do anything to shut them down, so there are no community rules. The room smelled like vinegar, for some reason, and the bed sheets had red stains on them.

Good location near the Guggenheim

The bathroom was dirty. There was grime on the tiles and hair on the toilet seat and floor. The shower was very small and uncomfortable. We could hear the shower from the other rooms, people talking and slamming doors.

Outstanding location.You can walk to downtown Bilbao, there are some restaurants and Tavernas in the vicinity.

It has no AC which push you to leave the windows wide open during summer. This allows mosquitoes to pour in. We killed more than 5 the first night.They have a real issue with mosquitoes because you can see there are blood stains on the ceiling and walls.

Clean comfortable rooms and bathroom facilities.

Could do with air conditioning in the rooms, they were extremely warm . We were in the middle of a heatwave so may be more comfortable at other times

Loved our overnight stay at moon hostel. Needed a no frills sleep option as our flight got in late. Our room was basic but very clean. The automated check in process was easy and efficient. Beds were comfortable and clean (a little soft but that is to my liking). Lovely hot shower. Towels and sanitary products available. Liked the neighbourhood. Some bars and inexpensive food options close by. Half hour walk from our airport drop off bus (last stop). I will very definitely look to book moon hostel again. No contact with staff as the automated processes worked perfectly. We didn’t use any hostel facilities so can’t really comment on those but other folk seemed to be having their needs met in communal spaces. Very happy with our stay.

I have no negative comments to add.

The room was perfect for our needs. It was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the location was not bad.

The heat, no fan, windows open to a huge drop outside ( not safe for toddlers/young children)

You get what you expect in a this one bedroom hostel. Moon hostel was very clean and the location was brilliant. On a quite street but close to a number of geat bars and cafe.

Linking your phone to the room and front door access. It was so much easier once we got the code to tap in.

Warm, cramped, lift dint work, massively overpriced just because we were there for the football (at least 20x more expensive than any other time)

Nice room. Though the terrace was not clean and maintained. Easy check in . Good location.

Far to noisy inside, people coming at night making lots of noise, banging the door, shouting, etc

The location is good,the shared kitchen is ok. Clean sheets and towels are always a touch of luxury on the Camino .

The room was tiny, we were two persons and it was okay,but I can not imagine to be four. The bath is super small,the shower hanger was broken.
