Location is great, only reason I give 7 because it?s located up hill. Step walk from old bridge.

I liked the location the most.The staff and the breakfast were very good.

I was disappointed in the swimming pool.It was too cold and nobody could swim.The whirlpool was not turned on either.I wish there were water tanks because hidrationis very important when you use saunas.

The pool is nice but water is cold for a heated pool that they say. Food at the restaurant is good, I should say. Thanks!

Great location, modern decor, parking right outside which was super, ideal spot for exploring Mostar

Breakfast was decent, and the sauna facility was a nice touch with pool.

This hotel may be suitable for short stays, but I was disappointed to find that the bathroom had not been properly cleaned when I entered the room, and there were poop stains left in the toilet. When I reported this to the reception and asked for another room, I was told that no other rooms were available, so they sent housekeeping to clean the bathroom. After such an unpleasant experience, I would have at least expected the two bottles of water we drank from the minibar to be offered as a complimentary gesture.

Facility is clean, new and tight.

Bed is not comfortable.far and hard to walke to Mostar bridge, eather you have to go steep down or climp up on more than 1.2 km of road. Not realy near city center, it says it is 800m from city center but reality the are talking about the borderline of city center not the real attractions in Mostar.

Front desk manager in the night and morning and check in receptionist the afternoon Bad internet, we had barely internet in the room and very slow

No coffee and tea in the room, jacuzzi was not working,

It was spacious and the room was comfortable with a nice view

It was a steep walk uphill from town and the staff wasn’t very motivated.

Great room, with a wonderful view from the balcony. Breakfast was plentiful and not crowded.

Had a huge highly comfortable suite with amazing views. Pool, saunas and breakfast were also excellent. It’s a short steep walk from the old town and has ample parking.

The bed is comfy and the girls who work at breakfast are super helpful.

The quality of the food at breakfast is the lowest possible. The only "toiletries" provided are a single bottle of all-in-one hand-body-shampoo. No conditioner, no body cream—not even a shower cap. The towel is small and very old. There’s only one small lift, so it’s better to take the stairs than wait a long time.Useless wifi ...cannt connect to Netflix and there are only 2 channels. TV is only decorative!The hotel is on top of a steep hill, so if you have mobility issues, this is not the place for you.There is a spa, but the swimming pool, which is supposed to open at 9:00, wasn’t available until 10:30.There are so many hotels in the area—I don’t recommend this one.

Wonderful hotel, kind staff (special mention goes to lovely Medina), best views over Mostar, nice spa facilities, decent breakfast.

Better hotel maintenance would be good - lots of tiny things not working. Tiny things that would make the hotel even more great.

This is a hotel with a lot of potential. It could really be perfect if a few shortcomings were corrected. A wonderful, friendly and ready to help staff works here. The rooms are nice, spacious, clean and clean every day. The hotel has an excellent location. On top of that, there is a spa and a small pool, which you can freely use.... The bad thing is that in the description of the hotel on booking.com it is stated that the room equipment includes an ironing set. Not only is there no iron, but additionally you have to pay for ironing each item. There is no kettle so you won't make your own tea in the room (I attach a photo from the information book located in the room ?). If you go to the restaurant to pick up for example a tee you have to take a debit card or money because it is not possible to add to the bill and pay on departure. In the spa there was often no service so you could not get a locker key in the locker room.

The hotel is located near the Old Town and is quite comfortable, with cozy beds, friendly staff, and cleanliness., wery good WIFI. The sauna and pool were fine but were only open until 8 PM.Overall, the stay was decent, but I expected a bit more from a 4-star hotel.

I was disappointed by the lack of an iron in the room, even though it was listed as an amenity in the booking information. Additionally, there was no kettle in the room, and no tea or coffee was provided. In the lobby, there was no option to make these yourself, and they were only available for a fee in the restaurant. The air conditioning could not be controlled by guests, and we had to ask the reception to adjust it. The gym, which was quite small, consisted of two treadmills, a bicycle, a bench, and a few dumbbells.

The room was nice, the staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast was nice.

I didn’t like that I chose to pay extra money for the double bed, but the bed turned out to be 2 twin beds put together instead.The matresses were not fixed on the beds and my husband and I ended up having a hole between us during the night while sleeping, which is not comfortable.

The localisation above the town, however, you have to climb up from the Stari Grad to the hotel. Very friendly staff. Wide choices for breakfast. Sauna, swimming pool. Nice view from balcony. Spacy room and balcony.

The hotel is old, and some things are just used/damaged. Need some modernisation.

Close to the old town, modern facilities, clean, well kept, parking.....

Only 3 (three) local TV channels and only three wardrobe hangers......

Location was very good, 10 min from old town.

Breakfast was very limited. No fresh vegetables. Bread was not fresh.
