Quite night, good sleep

On the busy road and useless swimming pool

The breakfast was excellent and the check in was fast. The staff is accomodative.

We stayed for three nights, and we expected that housekeeping would clean up the room at least once.

It was OK for the money paid

Still under renovation, climbing stairs with luggages, no breakfast.

I booked a room with breakfast, but there was no breakfast, dining room was full of construction materials

TV reception, channels did not work

There was a renovation in the cafe that's why we couldnt have any drink, (there are no kettle in the rooms)If you have sensetive ears you can hear the cars while you sleepYou have to climb back way to the hotel

The negatives are that it is under construction and there is no restaurant facilities. The upside is the staff is very accommodating, the rooms are clean and quiet despite being on a busy street which is also under construction. It is within walking distance to the Old Mostar Bridge and Old town. Overall an excellent value.

Location is not very good,it is on very busy magistral road and we could not notice sign of the hotel

They upgraded our room to a room with a view. Staff was extremely polite and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. And pricing was great, much lower then in other hotels.

Hygiene was on point! The staff was very nice and kind. The bsd was very confortable and we enyojed our stay in this Hotel. Tge view was also very beautiful.

Situated above Old Town and overlooking the beautiful city of Mostar, we enjoyed our balcony time even in mid November. Great value and great memories from hotel Nur!

It was nice having a balcony. The daytime receptionist was helpful. It was clean.

No Tea/coffee making facilities, not enough bed linen(no blankets, so cold), no safe easy way to get into the Old Town, the hot water in the bathroom was not reliable, advertised restaurant and breakfast option did not appear to be available, no in room information about where to visit or eat etc

I truly love our stay here!The room was very comfortable, it was actually built only this year! We had a stunning view on Mostar. The hosts were very nice and easy in communication. And the location was also great - only 10 minutes on foot from the centre of the old town.

The hotel is good just the necessary that you need shower and bed just simple who have disability to take the stairs no lift just stairs , but great view of the Mostar old town , staff was very nice Good for 1 night , not far from the Mostar old town you have 15 mins walk a bit down hill then you have up hill but in the whole is good area

Very clean and welcoming. The room was much bigger than expected and location was perfect for exploring the city on foot.

Everything was good

The bed and bedroom was very comfortable and the Wi-Fi connection was pretty good. I also thought the staff were friendly and helpful.

I wouldn't say there was anything that I didn't like about the hotel though I would say it's probably best suited for adults but not families. That's because it's situated on a very major road which is one of the busiest in Bosnia and so, in my opinion, would be too dangerous for young children to negotiate. I was confident walking down a stretch of the highway in daylight as you turn off this road after about 200 metres or so in order to walk into town; in the evenings, however, when it became dark - I went in mid-September - I ordered an inexpensive taxi (about 4 Bosnian marks so 2 Euros) to get home from a night out in town. The hotel was quiet and comfortable though so I definitely recommend it overall.

we just slept for one night, very loud traffic regardless of closing the windows. the sign for the exit room shines very brightly at night and it disturbs sleep

Large, clean room and very good value. It is a short walk to Mostar old town. The road it is located on made for an easy exit out of Mostar to Blagaj. The young man at reception was an extremely helpful and lovely young man.

The staff were super friendly and the room was great. Aircon in the room was a welcome relief after the walk back up to the hotel. 10 minute walk to the old town
