The staff were very friendly and helpful

It takes to long to get hot water while showering.

Breakfast was okay. Room was clean.

There was no signage that we could see on the building or address posted that told us we were at the right place. Also, there was a wedding reception at the hotel the evening we stayed and the gate was down not allowing us to enter the parking lot. When we finally got in the reception desk told us it was down so they could monitor how many people were coming in as to make sure the hotel guest had a parking spot. They said that they informed all the guest to call once at the gate so they could open it. we never got that information. Very frustrating!

For a hotel with 3 stars I did't expect much, just to sleep over. Everything is so simple and clean. It's definitely not luxurious but it's everything you need for overnight. Good shower, good bed, good breakfast, free parking.Like I sad nothing luxury but for this price range, top.

A slightly better quality carpet in the hallway would improve the impression.

I would recommend this hotel. Clean and nice. Staff are very friendly. Breakfast is good enough as for winter. At the ground floor there is a very good restaurant. 5 minutes walk from the very center of Sinj. Good place, respect to the owners.

People smoking inside is something Croatia really needs to address.. smells disgusting and makes the bar area a little unpleasant. Visitors from the UK or America or other parts of Europe are used to know smoking inside for over 15 years..

The staff were amazingly accommodating, especially to serve us personally at the complimentary breakfast since we were the only guests remaining at the hotel. Quality of food was high and the front desk and cleaning staff were extremely helpful.

Rooms were not clean at check in; there was hair on the bathroom floor and half a roll of toilet paper in the WC. We were only supplied that half roll at check in and had to ask for extra rolls to be brought up. The mattress was less than comfortable.

This is a very good hotel. The room was good, beds comfortable, everything was fine. We enjoyed breakfast very much and the breakfast room was very large and nice. We also had a good morning walk to the town Sinj, which is very beautiful.

The hotel is right in the centre of Sinj, the rooms and the whole place are spotless. I liked the facilities, and appreciated kindness of the staff members.

Room v small bed creaky and mattress poor. Aircon didn't work. Shower was dirty. Sink was badly cracked.

The room is clean. The bathroom is big enough especially the shower. Breakfast is continental, standard.

I didn't like the fish tank in the dining room. Live animals should not be a decoration anywhere.

Room when arranged for two twin beds is a bit small. Not enough space to put luggage or use the desk.

My room has recently been furnished and the hotel has almost perfect location – on a quiet place but just a few steps from the town’s central pedestrian zone with bars, restaurants etc. The food and wine was also rather good.

Smoking inside the restaurant is an annoyance for non-smokers.

Nice and clean room as expected, good cot for child.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The on site restaurant was fantastic, the selection of food was very good and the quality was excellent! The room was clean and the family room was well setup.

Conveniently located with plenty of parking space. The bed is decent. With the approachable price, it is excellent value for money.

The rooms are a bit dated. Sound proofing is also not great as you can hear people in the hallway.
