The lady Marianna was truly amazing. Even before we arrived at the hotel, she reminded us of everything we needed to do to visit the popular sights. Once we arrived, she helped us address all the issues related to booking the shuttle bus.The breakfast was excellent, and Marianna’s warm smile made us feel so good—it set the tone for enjoying our meals and the whole day of traveling.During our trip, she even checked in with us to see if we had any transportation issues and was always ready to help.We truly felt like she was a member of our family, always there to support us.We absolutely loved our trip to the Dolomites and were so impressed with the wonderful hotel and the amazing staff.We would love to come back again someday!

A very nice hotel, with a wonderful and helpful manager. The breakfast was superb, and the other staff members were also great.

I like that the hotel staff are very accommodating. They've given us all information that we needed e.g. what to see, where to eat, links to where to take the bus for Tre Cime etc... our room is clean and has a nice view. Breakfast has many selections. And we love the sauna! I highly recommend this place! Will definitel be coming back.

Everything! :) Food was great, staff is super helpful and polite, our room was beautiful, there is ski bus in front of the hotel every 20mins.

The hotel was fantastic, with a very friendly staff. Marianna took great care to ensure we had everything we needed and that everything ran smoothly. I was pleasantly surprised by the SPA (16+), which had multiple saunas – a perfect way to relax after a day of skiing!

It’s a convenient hotel for ski holidays at Kronplatz ski resort. The ski bus station is just a couple of steps from the hotel and it takes around 10 minutes to get to the ski slopes. The manager and staff are very nice, the rooms clean and we really enjoyed the breakfast.

The dinner starts only at 19.30, so you start eating at 20.00 was too late for us. Also the creativity of the chef was a bit exaggerated and we would prefer to remain with classic Italian cuisine. We also like to start skiing early, so I would suggest to start breakfast at 7.00 instead of 7.30, to allow time to eat, prepare for skiing and catch the first ski bus.

- poor price/performance- too expensive for such old hotel- 50m from nearby farm, super stinky outside- hotel didn't respond via booking.com messages. For example we asked for dog stay price and they evaded the question until we arrived. Then they told us its 20eur per night. Unrasonable price for dog in such poor quality hotel

A lovely family hotel. The room is very spacious with a separate bedroom which was very good for us with a baby. Very comfortable for a family. We booked half board. The food is great both breakfast and dinner. The hostess and all staff are very nice and trying to accommodate. There is a playroom for little ones and for older although it closes a bit early for us latecomers , and we didn’t have enough time to enjoy it.

It would have been nice to have nets on windows because we wanted to open them wide to have more air because there is no AC in the rooms.

Everything was excellent. Very comfortable beds, extreamly clean ,nice view from the balcony. Very pleasent and helpfull personel. I would definetely recomend it to everyone.

The hotel locate at a beautiful location, surrounded by mountain. The balcony from our room has magnificent view with mountains and view of a small village from afar. The hotel staff always looks after us. The room is comfy.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Game room and a bar to keep both young and old entertained, and a nice minimarket opposite the hotel for basics. 25 minute ride from the beautiful Lago di Braies.

Located on a rather busy road. Our room also had rather thin walls, so loud neighbors can disrupt a good night’s rest. (Ours did, unfortunately.)

Everything was so good and lovely! We had a really nice size of room, was clean and the breakfast was really good! But for us the most important thing is that the staff were very lovely and welcoming. We hope to come back in the winter time ❤️

Mariana is a great host, she is very kind and friendly, all the staff in the hotel follows the same mind set. At breakfast all salami were pork, once we said we don't eat pork, they prepared turkey salami for us and brought plenty. The hotel is clean has play areas for kids of all ages, the rooms are great. The location is great, we stayed for one night and visited lago di braises, it took around 20-25 minutes to get there. Once we arrived we got a list of resturants ( we went to one of them and it was great) we got a booklet info about the surrounding area. I would diffently visit this place again.

Nothing that is worth mentioning. Mariana seems to be very eager to make everything in this hotel perfect.

Everything was perfect, from our late arrival, the instructions for self check in. The breakfast is top. Marianna 's advises about the places around for visiting are top. Very clean everywhere. Highly recommend and will visit with pleasure again. ❤️❤️❤️

No A/C in rooms, plus generally not so comfy beds, made for a crappy night's sleep.A relatively small investment in even some decent room fans would have made a world of difference.
