Easy check in (with a code ). A really clean rooms .although it is close to a main road the rooms were isolated and quiet. Good value for money

We had a very pleasant overnight stay, and the room suited us perfectly. The host was very friendly and supportive — a big thanks to them for that!

Just a small suggestion: a full-length mirror in the room would be very nice, as the only mirror available was the small one above the bathroom sink.

Easy check in the room is big and comphy bathroom good theres enogh places to charge every electronic you can thing of .the place is right next to a bike trail and 20 minutes from lake brais .did not find to be lacking anything

Our stay at Dolomites Smart Holidays was a pleasant surprise, especially considering it's a 2-star hotel. In many ways, it exceeded our expectations.What we liked✔ Modern and clean rooms – The rooms were well-equipped, stylish, and included towels and basic toiletries, which was more than we expected for this category.✔ Great location – Perfect for skiing and exploring the Dolomites.✔ Decent breakfast – Every morning, a local bakery delivered fresh pastries, spreads, and drinks to the reception. The breakfast was tasty and satisfying.

❌ Lack of on-site staff – Throughout our stay, we only saw the cleaning lady, who changed our towels once in six days. The owners are available on WhatsApp and do their best to assist, but having staff physically present would be a plus.❌ No restaurant (currently under renovation) – There was no option for lunch or dinner at the hotel, though the restaurant is being renovated and should reopen in the future.❌ Self-service breakfast with cleaning duties – While the breakfast itself was good, guests have to clean up after themselves, wash the dishes, and prepare them for the next day, which felt a bit unusual.Final rating ⭐⭐⭐⭐☆Despite being a 2-star hotel, Dolomites Smart Holidays offers modern and comfortable accommodation at an affordable price. The location is excellent for skiing, the rooms are pleasant, and breakfast is satisfactory. While the lack of staff, cold common areas, and minor inconveniences could be improved, I have no doubt they will be addressed soon. We got everything we expected. Very pleasant and fast communication with the owners Fabian and Angelika, they were very interested in our comfort and satisfaction. Registration was quick and hassle free online. Price very nice for the area, amenities and room size matched the two stars- we were very satisfied. There is also a ski storage room. Ski bus in front of the hotel.

If you're looking for value for money, this is the perfect choice. A clean, cozy, and recently renovated accommodation. The room is slightly smaller, but it provides everything you need. Breakfast is delivered and is very tasty. A kettle and a coffee machine are available in the guesthouse at all times. Plenty of parking spaces. The owners are very friendly and helpful. The ski bus stops right in front of the guesthouse.

The only downside is the location – but only if you plan to walk to the nearest store. The ski room is small but sufficient. It doesn't have a ski boot dryer, but it does have a radiator.

One thing that could be better is the cold floors in the rooms. The floor was very very cold. A carpet would really help. Also in the bathroom, it was okay in the evening, but cold in the morning. Bathroom heating was set to 19C, but the radiator is really small, so some more hearing would be great.

Clean rooms in a convenient location to visit the lake and Tre Cime. We stayed as a family and got the whole 4th floor to ourselves with 2 rooms and our own spacious bathroom. The bed linens and towels looked fresh and modern furniture. We saw other rooms when walking by and they all were clean with new furniture. We liked self check in, the process was pretty smooth.

It’s right off the road but that didn’t bother us as it’s not a highway so wasn’t that busy or noisy.

Very nice hotel, its location was great for me because it is close to all the activities and tourist places. The cleanliness was at a high level, the service was immediate and the response was fast. I highly recommend it and I will visit it again. Thanks Fabian & Angelika ??

Exactly what we needed, a clean and comfortable room with a private bathroom ! There is no reception but the hotel staff is really available by text and give a lot of instructions that makes everything easy.

The location is not exactly dreamy (next to the road) but we knew that beforehand.

Straightforward easy self check-in. Great communication with the host, clean and cozy room.

Everything was lovely. The walls were very well soundproofed. The location is very close to Lago di Braies. The common room on the ground floor was nice.

The door to the balcony was broken, but the host responded quickly.

The location at the cross of 2 main streets, results in the car and truck noise
