Cons -
- Didn't seem to match the previous reviews. Facilities/room very tired, guy on reception/bar pleasant but staff in dining room seemed to be working other jobs & no customer service skills.. or time?Unemptied ashtray in first room was a bit of a letdown.
- - Room furniture and carpet very old- Room without AC - Door of balcony dose not have mosquito net so we can open the door and make the air enter inside the room .- poor wifi inside the room- the breakfast has very limited options
- The hairdryer needs to be upgraded.Bathroom products are minimalUncomfortable pillows (not fluffy)Not a lot of variety on the dinner menu to choose from ( includes buffet salads, 2 first courses and only second course). I would have preferred the option between 2 first and 2 seconds)

Clean and comfortable older hotel with friendly staff and tasty home-cooked food. Great value.
We stayed at this location for a total of three days & two nights. The owner is a very pleasant guy who provided us with numerous hiking recommendations and was always readily available for any assistance we required. We requested two additional pillows, which were promptly delivered to our room. His attentiveness to customer needs and his meticulous attention to detail reflect his genuine passion for his work and what he does.We opted for the breakfast and dinner package. The breakfast buffet was an absolute delight, offering a wide variety of options that we thoroughly enjoyed. Everything they prepared for customers to start their day was delicious and a great way to begin the morning. The dinner option was quite good on the first night. However, the second night didn't meet my expectations as there were too many pasta-based dishes for my liking.Beds are comfortable, pillows not soo much.

Wonderful location! Good food. Friendly staff.
Location was quiet. Had a garage to store motorcycle which I booked in advance cost 15 euro but secure. Evening meal was in the price and was very good five courses. Breakfast plenty of choice. Room was big and comfortable.
Nothing I didn't like.
Panoramic view, helpful staff, good breakfast
Clean, comfortable, great food, friendly staff, in one of the most beautiful locations
The personnel of the hotel is amazing - friendly, helpful and always nice!Location - if you are doing Nordic skiing, you are in the right place. Also if you are a biathlon fan, you definitely need to visit Antholz Arena, an iconic place!
The sound isolation of the rooms, the parking lot, though very big, was not maintained properly - very icy and slippery both for people and cars.
Excellent location, great buffet, good food, nice rooms.
It’s a fairly big structure.
The helpful staff, the food, the surroundings.
The hotel was old and shabby.
Excellent five course evening meal and breakfast! Lovely view from balcony and good car parking. nice walk to nearby lake.
The Staff was amazingly friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and the VEGAN dinner astonishing! The Bed comfortable and the balcony had a nice view to the mountains!
Some little things in the room were broken, not at all important like the soap dispenser in the shower, just for the overall picture these little things could be taken care of.
Very welcoming Nice rooms ComfortableGreat dinner and breakfast Free parking
Food and location was excellent and very clean. Very large rooms and a nice balcony
Unfortunately the wellness area was still closed due to covid. Also the listing stated a tub there was only a shower
Great quiet location with awesome view from the balcony. Half-board is highly recommended, because the dinner here is of a very good quality, a la carte (changing daily). And surroundings are simply astonishing!
Would be great to have a small fridge in the room
The view out the balcony doors
The staff were excellent
That we had to go.
Location in the Heart of Dolomites
Very good
The pillows were so slim.
