Central Apartments Integrated Hotel

The manager was nice. The location was near everything in the Zadar's old town

Sewer odor was coming from the bathroom, needed to keep the fan on and door shut- but the odor was always there. The room was on the third floor- and six flights of unevenly spaced stairs in a building without elevators. Dark colored paint.

Right in town. Hosts very helpful and readily available. Beds comfortable.

Karlo is a terrific host ready to assist with any questions. Locations is fantastic to discover Zadar, right on the city center -although quiet at night time- and with a parking spot very close by, which was great.Air conditioning in all rooms was a must to have, the kitchen is well equipped and great size if you're spending more days and want to prepare your own meals.

Bedrooms are quite small, to keep in mind if you're traveling with tall/large people. Stairs case (to top floor) is shared of course with other apartments (from different owners) and we the tenants opposite to ours were very loud and drunk, disturbing our night rest. Nothing for the owner of our place to do, of course, but to keep in mind that noise from the neighbours can happen.

There isn’t parking slot, we were forced to park on the embankment in a public parking lot and walk with our things. It was good that we had few things and it was not far to walk. The floors in the room were dirty.The ceiling height is low.There were unwashed stains on the duvet cover.

Central Apartments Integrated Hotel is situated in the main street of Zadar. Its location is perfect. Our apartment was on the second floor in an old building without a lift. The flat was spacious enough for two persons and clean. Though parking is pointed as being a part of the facilities, we were not well informed in advance that this hotel could not assure a parking lot for us since it had at its disposal only two lots upon booking and an explicit request for reservation was needed (under a very high daily payment). Despite the fact that I wrote in a letter in advance that we would had to park securely during our stay in Zadar and that we relied on the reception for that, this was nor considered a request for reservation. We had to park outside the old city where we managed to find a free and close parking space with great difficulty and to pay extra, thanks God, instructed fully by the parking guards.

There are problems about the parking lots regarding tourists that come by cars. The breakfast was fresh but not sufficient for the money paid. One could choose only two items for free and all others required extra payment. In our opinion the hotel needs improvements as far as its organization and services are concerned. Breakfast can include more items and be more diverse. In our apartment the bath stand and plate beneath it in the bathroom were cracked. Otherwise, the guy that met us did his best to explain the situation.

Everything went smoothly from the beginning to the end. The staff was especially cool and friendly. I really appreciate great communication from hosts (they let us know that our apartment was ready 3 hours in advance - when you travel with kids, you appreciate this a lot). The apartment looked as in the photos, along with the services. Located directly in the heart of the old town.

More towel hangers in the bathroom + a door in the shower deserve a small repair (it's leaking outside). Otherwise, I would give 10/10 on rating:)

Location, late night check in @12:00! In the night , friendly staff & nice breakfast ?!

We were given small room eventhough the booking.com showed bigger suit, had less chance to discuss at midnight arrival and kids half asleep

Outstanding location - directly in the center of the old city. Karlo is an excellent host and extremely helpful for whatever you need. Highly recommendable if you want to visit Zadar!

Great location. Beautiful and comfortable room. Karlo and Thomas were so kind, friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the simple breakfast that was provided which provided an amazing start to our day.

I didnt like that the tv wasn’t working and I didn’t get the bedclothes for duvets and the stay wasn’t high quality

Really nice stay and kind host. From the airport with the bus, it was easy to find, no taxi needed.

Between the room and the bathroom wasn't a normal wall, instead of that was a transparent glass, so anybody could see you while you were there.

It is very comfortable for a couple but not comfortable for three adults because sofa bed is small for an adult.

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment! The location is perfect—close to everything. It made exploring the area incredibly convenient. The staff was also fantastic—always friendly, professional, and quick to assist with any requests. They truly made me feel welcome. Overall, a great experience, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort and convenience

Our apartment was situated at only 2minutes away from city bridge,easy access to old town centre of Zadar. Was an honour to sleep in an apartment with history as the painting in the apartment is from 17th century and the stone from the walls are crom 16th century. Clean,quiet with extra towels,pillows available if need it and the steam iron a very good asset for wrinkled clothing.
