Bastion Heritage Hotel

Loved the staff- every one of them are dedicated to fulfilling the guests' efforts to have an authentic, great experience. The breakfast exceeded every other we had in Croatia with croissants and omelettes that rival Paris and Vienna.

Our room was old but it was part of the charm that was authentic.

It is well acquainted and in a great location. On site breakfast and restaurant is fabulous.

Everything was quite good. The staff was excellent and very helpful. We had the suite room which was very commodious and comfortable. The breakfast was plentiful and sufficient.

The staff was so nice. The rooms were really clean and comfortable. The location was fantastic. It was just what we needed.

I thought that they could have provided more food at the breakfast buffet. There was a lot of things that were running out and not replenished quick enough. And although they were able to get our rooms close to each other, they weren’t next to each other.

We had a suite, and it was spacious and comfortable, with a little snack board when we checked in. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and packed a breakfast for us when we had something planned that prevented us from having the hotel breakfast. When we did have the hotel breakfast, it was awesome; great buffet plus delicious a la carte options. Very good location, easy to drive to and park at.

This has to be one of the friendliest place we have stayed over the world.Breakfast was totally great, with everything on the menu included. Room service was excellent and quite reasonable.The mini bar with wine was included too!Location is perfect with everything within walking distance.We would not hesitate to recommend it.

Incredible experience from the first moment I arrived. I was having a hard time locating the hotel so I called and Marina answered. She came and met me, greeted me with a hug and had me follow her to the hotel. She took care of my car and my luggage and made sure my entire stay was special. I had a delicious cheesecake and cappuccino to decompress. My room had a lovely view and the staff was gracious and accommodating for breakfast. I highly recommend this hotel. Great location and great service.

A bit difficult to find.

Bastion Heritage Hotel was the perfect place for our family's stay in Zadar! The rooms were beautiful and comfortable with lovely amenities. Mario and Ivan, and the entire staff, made our stay wonderful! Bastion's location allowed us to easily experience the sea, the city, and all that Zadar has to offer.

Quiet, well located, great breakfast options

The location is perfect. You can walk everywhere from the hotel in the old town part of Zadar. The staff was exceptional and very kind. Definitely will stay at Bastion again.
