Holimo Hotel

The playground and swimming pool were great, our kid really enjoyed them. The activities for kids were also great. Food was also good.

We got an attic room and the daylight woke us up before 5am, there were no blinds or anything to cover the windows. There weren’t enough robes for the 3 of us, they forgot there was also our kid in the room.

Lovely modern facilities, delicious breakfast, lovely staff!

Could do with an iron and ironing board in the apartment. Also the main door to the apartment could be easily opened from the inside by children. Could do with an additional locking mechanism to ensure little people are unable to open the doors to the staircase by themselves. But these are minor problems they were not in the way of our lovely holiday

The breakfast was good, a lot of choice. Also the dinner was good.Service, it depends. In the restaurant, it was welcoming, but at the reception we didn't have this feeling, maybe it was too busy.The nature in the surrounding is very beautiful.

In the room the space was not as big as I was expecting. There were not enough electrical plugs to recharge our equipment and there was no light next to.the bed.The part of the building where we were so ver noisy, it was like that people talking on the stairs were in our room.

The location is quite perfect when you plan a trip with small children from cca 2.5 hours of driving from the Czech Republic.To be honest our ultimate goal was another place in Poland cca another 2.5 hours of driving from this hotel.To be crystal clear our intention was to see the Africa pavilion in ZOO Wroclaw. (again) See https://zoo.wroclaw.pl/en/This amazing hotel is not just in the middle, but the team in this hotel is unbelievably friendly and helpful.There is quite a nice pool! Instead of a usual fight with children in the bath, you can spend a few minutes in the pool and no problem. (The end of the opening hour of the pool was 21:00)Breakfast was very good and all the time was added when something started to miss.I have to recommend also the dinner. It's not the cheapest, but tasty and you can find it fresh and healthy if you will, but it depends on your choice.The dinner should end 19:00, but we were not able to do it in time. Lucky us it was possible to find in the buffet even after this 19:00 a lot to eat. Thank You!

We don't really find anything to be wrong.Maybe would be better to have more staff speaking English, but it was not an issue in our case.

There is absolutely no match between photos on booking and a real room. we came with one year old baby and book room with a balcony so we could have some time spending together while baby is sleeping. when we arrived founds out that there is no balcony, just some peace of roof with another two rooms. in addition this is absolutely not safe for the baby!Also, at Booking says that staff are speaking English that is not true at all!

Professional service, great breakfasts, excellent facilities - swimming pools, jacuzzi, saunas, sports fields, ping-pong table, table football, billiards, and much more...If you want to have a nice time - we highly recommend it, it's a pity to leave this place

Great countryside location, good breakfast, excellent pool.

We had the room in the old part of the hotel with 3 story stairs without elevator - you'll need to drag your luggage up and run back and forth by foot all the time.The old part was a little 'tired' and pending some renovation.

Superb location, perfect to decompress for the weekend, lost in the nature. The pool, jacuzzi and sauna are perfectly clean and you can also enjoy the view. Breakfast was great and dinner also.

Service at the restaurant could be improved, had to get the menu for myself and we had to wait at least 15mns before someone took our order. Room isolation is also not the best as you can hear people talking in the next rooms
