Arra Grande Suites Bangalore Airport Hotel

The map showed the hotel to be located very close (walking distance) from the airport, in realty it was half hour car ride away. This was very disappointing as my flight arrival was a very late one. Not sure if the location was Delibrately misrepresented on the map

Property poorly maintained, room cleanliness very poor. Not a greatly organized place for family to stay.

Really great rooms - spacious and clean. The gym and pool were super. Never too busy or crowded. Selection of food really nice.Room no 105, 2 sided balcony.Room has in room dining. Homely food.

The place is not a hotel

It's in an apartment they call it a hotel. Food is not at all good. The pictures on booking.com are completely different from actual scenario. Also, they charged an extra of 2000 saying Booking.com charges.

We felt welcomed and were well looked after. The rooms are clean; the two-bedroom suite (105) is convenient and has a kitchenette (with no equipment, though -- perhaps the hotel provides that if one rents it long-term) and a small balcony; when you leave the balcony door open you get a lovely breeze and don't need to run the AC - at least in August, when I visited.The staff were all very friendly and obliging. The food is good, standard hotel fare, with a lovely salad counter at dinnertime. We felt got good value for money.It is located on the outer fringes of town, so "in the middle of nowhere", which means inconveniently long drives into the city, but a beautiful location with plenty of trees and spaces around it (though that might change over time as the area gets built up). It is in Yelahanka, a hillier, higher area of Bangalore, so no flooding.We changed rooms a couple of times. I had booked two rooms for the three of us, but an hour after check-in, the front desk asked if we would like to move into a "2-BHK suite" -- I obliged as it turned out, on asking, they wanted the single rooms for another booking. After two nights one of our party left, so we moved into a single room (205), which was a nice room, BUT the bathroom, though clean, was so tiny that everything was soaked when one took a shower and stayed wet most of the day. One had to leave the towel outside the bathroom while showering! The hotel needs to at least put shower curtains in the tiny bathrooms. So please ask for a room with an adequately large bathroom -- those are very nice, with a glass partition for the shower stall.

I would rate zero stars for this hotel. Its not a hotel, its a apartment converted in to hotel with no standards of maintenance set. I don't know how they are rating 3* for themselves! Food was not eatable. Bathrooms are very dirty, flush was hanging down broken, water is leaking in the bathroom, WC were pathetically maintained, no kitchen facilities, very bad views from the rooms, Zero attention to hygiene in their hotel kitchen, cooks use slipper in the kitchen & it was too messy to watch how they cook. I booked this hotel due to in room kitchen facility, but they refused to give it for short stay. This was ticked yes when I booked the room! the list can go on...!! unfortunately. Sorry I don't recommend this hotel to anyone expecting 3* standard.Only good part is front desk and house keeping staff is friendly and they do facilitate once you ask anything. They are not very trained though. They must hire people from hotel management backgound.

Everything other than the helpful guy. Place is old and in bad repair. Room tiny. Food terrible. Approach road full of potholes.

Breakfast was simple - 4 dishes. the breakfast could have been complete if some bread and butter were served.

frequent power cut and no auto shift. the tv channels were not activated, on call they activated only one channel which we asked for.lunch was not available inhouse.

Misleading information about room and amenities. Apartments converted into rooms, one common entry to two individual rooms with common dining and sofa. Deluxe room doesn't have a sofa cum bed. Felt cheated by discription. They did not accept credit card payment asked me to do UPI
