A White Pearl Suites - Near Bangalore Airport

Person who was incharge was asked me to cancel the order and pay him 1k

Staff

Fooled us, I don't know what the use of paying advance is

I can't say anything because they didn't let us stay in the rooms we booked, instead we were made to stay in a completely different hotel which was 200m away from this hotel

Location and front office staff is good

No running water, be prepared to have delays on breakfast service. No tea or coffee available at the hotel. Anything you want they need to get it from outside. So no point booking a room with breakfast included.

Location and Cleanness..........Breakfast was minimal but good

Peaceful location, super comfortable rooms , nice ambiance and nice supportive staff.

Late hour and fast check in, silent room

No warm water, blankets and pillow were stained

I liked the comfort of the bed, and the hot water in the shower

The TV didn't work, especially Netflix, there is a lot of noise in the hallway upstairs
