Treebo Emora Grand - Near Bangalore Airport

The staff was overall very helpful and had a polite and customer centric behaviour. They were very prompt with their services and gave us all the support required

The below:1. The choice of restaurants from where we had to order food. The food was not made well and we had food poisining. They can change their food restaurants to suit veg options too2. The breakfast area seemed not so clean and attached to reception. So that can be better placed. They werent tissues and they had kept the roll there as a tissue option

We had an excellent experience at Emora Grand.. Nestled amidst peace, the tranquil atmosphere and hospitality of the staff made our stay a memorable one.. Special mention to Firos, Ameer & Akhil and team for meeting our needs with a smiling face.The hospitality of Firos and Akhil they team was exceptional – they were always attentive and ensured we had a comfortable stay. Nights were truly mesmerizing, with a clear, starry sky, the soothing silence of room, and the occasional rustling of leaves in the cool breeze. Mornings were equally delightful. The authentic South indian & North indian food prepared by Kishan was a highlight of our trip.

It was ok stay

Washroom fixture, paint and walls were worn out.

room was clean and location was good

overall service could have been better. room was two person but not enough drinking water. Ac was not so great. Kettle was also not good. Wanted to change the room as AC was not working properly, but they said hotel is sold out, although we could see lot of rooms empty.

Perfect hotel for layover from nearby airport (15-20 mins drive). The room was spacious and clean and there are multiple nearby restaurants for evening meals.

The en-suite bathrooms were a little cramped and dirty.

Location and Staff

Property is old and not well maintained . Only one bath towel provided for 2 people.

Afzal is a pain in the rear

The property Manager Afzal is rude to say the least. He kept on calling for nothing and asked us to check out. He lacks empathy and behaves obnoxiously . Please avoid going to this hotel.

Car parking was okay

Most terrible stay. The setup looks somewhat as in picture, but the beddings were not clean, cupboard doors were hanging on one hinge, food was okayish but glasses were stinking fish, no towels kept ready at checkin, towels were not neat, had only a soap dispenser in bathroom, no toiletries...Wouldn't recommend at all...

New modern hotel with 3 star facilities as far as the room is concerned. Room was big and had a big window, cupboard and mini bar. The bedding linen was clean , memory foam pillows, and towels were new. Toilet was clean and nice. It's exceptional value for money if you want a cheap as well as comfortable airport hotel. There is a dominoes pizza 5km away which delivers in 30 min

The hotel doesn't have its own fnb service (except tea and breakfast) so you have to depend on delivery services of nearby restaurants which are decent but can take upto 45 min.

The location ,cleanliness and stay was lovely. Water and electricity was not an issue.

The staff must brief the guests on the timings for breakfast. There were no eggs for breakfast.For 2 of us only 1 towel was given.

Breakfast was very good but they should remove the b'fast description posted inside rooms, which has very little to do with actual. Terrific staff, very prompt, smiling service. Had to leave at midnight to catch a flight, no problem. Room service menu from 2 nearby restaurants offered many options but we chose to walk in the good weather for lunch outside, and ordered Dominos pizza which arrived inside 10-20mins. All excellent.

Can't think of any. Area is still being developed fast, but pretty clean. We had a nice walk. Location is 12km from airport but very close to the airport expressway. But very quiet too, no road noise. There are other hotels nearby so seems pretty safe area at all hours.

There is nothing that I liked, everything was just okish.

- Hole in the bedsheet(bedcover) - Bathtowels are old and lost its white color. - Bedsheet and pillow covers are also old and became off white (like blackish white)- There were around 2 lobby boys and 2 hotel staff who were dressed shabbily and zero hospitality - The sofa in the reception lobby is so dirty that its impossible to sit.

Good breakfast. Good silence to take rest. Safety for families.

Could have been slightly bigger rooms for families. Cleanliness could be improved. A small safe to store valuables would be an improvement in the rooms.

Close to the airport, as we needed a sleepover during flights.

Already needs a renovation, sorry.

Breakfast spready was Okay, Chef needs grooming for proper cooking.

I have specifically mentioned for Two separate bills as their 2 separate rooms which were booked. Details of the persons were also provided to receipt for making separate bills in the name of each individuals. We were told don't worry instructions were understood. However to our surprise Bill is issued in the name of only one person, & charges for other person is also included in that. So second person is still looking for getting bill, which till date is not revised / received.Pl. look into above on urgent basis.

Nice satay

I had booked 2 rooms, out of that one room I wanted to cancel coz the guest couldn't come, treebo cooperated to cancel one room against their policy, which was very kind

It's a new and spacious Property. Very neat n tidy rooms. Warm hospitality of staff and promt room service is appreciated.

Service was very good ,we wanted to go to airport to pick my Daughter at early morning 3am,staff obliged to open parking gate and Hotel entry also

Pathetic breakfast . Plastic spoons given to eat . Tea kept in a flask and served in paper cups which was definitely not freshly made No toaster provided . Even the breads were let in Casseroles which were limp
