BAD EXPERIENCE

I REACHED THERE WITH MY FAMILY AT 10:30, (NAGPUR TO BENGALURU), I ASKED THE STAFF TO ALLOW ME TO WAIT IN WAITING AREA TILL 12 AM, BUT THE STAFF DID NOT ALLOW US AND ASKED US TO STAY OUT OF HOTEL TILL 12 AM. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE

Terrible. He didnt checke us in and asked for 50% more, when we refused he kicked us out. Also Terrible vibe and locatio

Terrible place, terrible manager, we had booked on booking.com He wanted to charge us 50% more than our booking amount, and when we refused he rudely refused to check in and almost kicked us out!! Also terrible hotel, location, and vibe.

Manger, said no catering.When asked my office staff to get it refused to deliver the food. I m a diabetics senior citizen on business in Bangalore!Arrogant attitude, and gunda type response.I located immediately and checked in at another hotel in Bangalore before my flight to Delhi.Pls do not refer such gangsters runing unprofessional hotel industry demanding more money than you advised. Lack of communication skills with poor and nil customer care.

Staff Behaviour was not good. They will not provide the room as mentioned in the online website. They will charge extra.

If the behaviour of staff is not good then how can anyone like anything.

We had a delightful experience in this property. Beautiful location and clean room, Amazing staff who are friendly and welcoming to customers.Value for Money Hotel Safe Hotel , present at good location. Good place to stay with Family.

All the staff were really helpful. They even provided a party in our suite for our son, who was 8 that day. They really planned ahead for our needs

The bedsheet weren't clean and bathroom looked unhygienic. There was no water for drinking inside the room plus no towel.

The facilities are pretty good

I have got the room for 850 on booking.com but the staff was rude and charged me 1300. Felt really betrayed and I had no other option because it was 10.30 pm.

They have refused to give accommodation. They said that they have discontinued the membership with oyo. So they can't accommodate any one booking through oyo or booking.com

They behave very rude. I sincerely request you to refund my amount.

The staff was warm enough to give me food late in night

the breakfast was included ! he dint even provide us with a cup of tea , the price which I booked was 1900 odd plus tax ! he charged me about 4000
