Nothing. Doesn’t deserve even one star. Very rude front desk staff.

Rude front desk staff. Asked me to cancel when I reached as he wanted extra money. The Reason he told me was that as per his owner, the rates by booking.com are too low. So he can’t let me. Very dirty rooms and bathrooms.

Worst hotel,

This hotel is not suitable and safe to stay with family. This hotel is used only for prostitution They did not change the pillow cover and bedsheet when we went to the room, it was gross. I regret booking this hotel.

Hated everything

They asked for more money. Had to pay 400 Rupees more than shown on Booking.com. The staff were rude and were talking about Booking.com in an insulting tone

This hotel are looting people openly.

The hotel owner asked for more money and was threating us saying either pay more or look for other hotels. When you cross question, they gives you a phone numbers to talk. Once you are fed up with calls and wastes 30 mins, you have no other option but to pay more and get the room. Then the room they gave, it had terrible smell.

Get ready to pay 2x amount and wrong contact details

After reaching property owner asks 2 times amount of app Or else asks to leave.Owner contact details not correct in bookings app.Even if we escalate with bookings app the owner is saying do whatever you can, this is my property and I need 2x price now.No parking facilities, need to park in road.Hot water is not available at 7am.

This is a complete rip. The booking was appeared to be free, but within hours of booking, I received message from OYO to pay to confirm the booking. I paid, but when I reach the property, it was overbooked and my room was not there. Staff arranged another property 12 km away and I had to go there at mid night. The new place charged extra Rs 500 and that place was totally crap and middle of no where. Booking.com got no control over these things.

Minum requirement is cleanliness.

We had to forego money and move to another hotel due to cleanliness issues, especially the bathroom.

Leaky taps. They charged me extra for check inNo drinking water

Rooms were unclean. Cockroaches were roaming on the bed. Staff demanded extra money despite online e mail confirmation.

Booking was not at all cared Man in reception said ok no rooms

Man on reception said no room But with higher rate he agreed to give.When asked about booking it’s not there and called me to costumer care.

I just stayed here overnight to rest & left early morning to drive back home. The room/bathroom was clean. AC & TV was working fine. Budget friendly hotel.

Difficult to identify no Branding, Lights were not on for a late night checkin. Reception guys asked me pay extra not as per the price presented on website

Me and my friend Came in 10.30 pm night and the booking rate was 800rs When we checked in at the facility they asked to pay1200 rs and 1 argued and paid 1000.Such a Scam i never seen in my life

Dont book online

They did not honor the online booking, the manager said I can do whatever I want he has no room if I have booked it online.But charged me 1200( online price was 800) and gave me the room. I was trying for early check in.The phone numbers don't workThere is no lift
